- KKOThis number called me yesterday, left messages on my work and cell about a legal matter. I ignored. They called again this morning on my work phone from a different number (888-299-4318). I answered this time. They wanted to speak with my direct supervisor (?). His name was Josh Greenberg from National Servicing Group. I asked for the creditor information, and he said it was sealed (of course), but I could contact Hebert & Associates at 888-259-8617, and he gave me my "case number". I told him I had a meeting scheduled with my attorney on Thursday, and that I would provide this information to them. He said I may still receive a summons, and I said that was fine, I'd take that to my attorney as well. When will all these scammers get a real life?
