This suppose to be a return number for 877-463-6489 claiming to be Aetna they even gave you a fake nine digit code to enter when you call.. this is a scam!~! Now Blocked!!

Called claiming they were Aetna. Asked that I call back and use 7 digit PIN they provided. This is NOT from Aetna!! I blocked this number.

"Hello this is Etna calling. Jerry Owens with important information. Please call us toll free at 1-877-463-6485 and enter the seven digit pin 409-2748. So we know it's you. Again the number is 1-877-463-6485 and your seven digit pin is 409-2748. If we don't hear from you soon we'll try again. Thank you. Goodbye."  Garbage

I called the Aetna help number on the back of my ID card and they stated that this was a real call and transferred me to the number.  I entered my pin and it asked if I wanted to have communications by phone, text, or email.  This is a legitimate number, but if you are concerned call the number on your ID card.

Gurgi you! must work for them , I was the first one to post and I used the number at the back of my ID Card! Aetna doesnt know about these number or the nine digit number!!

This number called here all day yesterday and left the same msg jerie posted word for word. I called etna and they said they don't know anything about this. SCAM!!!!

I reported it to the local sherrif scam line.

I just got this call as well, but they wouldn't say anything unless I said "yes" to their confirm your name thing. With yes scams going around I just hung up. Thanks for confirming that this is a scam.

Received a call from this number today. My mother has Aetna and after coming here and seeing that people thought it might be a scam. we called the number on the back of her insurance card. They confirmed it was legit. On top of that all they wanted was to know what method of communication she wanted; phone, email or text.

They called and said they were Aetna and they had important information and a 7 digit code. Wanted to know if I was who I was and if I wanted to receive information from them by text, e-mail or phone?
Phone number was 877-463-6485 and code was
5096844. It was automated.

I received call from  877-463-6485. They say that it is Aetna, gave me 7- digits code and asked to call them. I checked the number on the Google, but it is not the Aetna. It is spam!

Just got this call again. I called the # on the bback of my Aetna card after the 1st time this happened & they confirmed that this 877 number was not a legit phone number. This is a scam, do not tell the robo caller 'yes'!
