- BigA replies to PRIf you move out of Florida then
a. You will be much better off!
b. The calls won't be going to your Florida home anymore! - Resident47Thus far I've identified 22 different phone numbers involved in delivering these cryptic messages, many of them very active in the past few weeks. The "Sally" message is the most common and least detailed. The rest all sound like a live agent is reading from a script. Have to give it to them, I've yet to hear the same voice or rep name twice.
Canned "Sally" mentions only "maintenance fees". The live reps are consistent in citing "the owners update meeting for your vacation property" as the call purpose. Initially I thought the calls were pushing a timeshare dumper service, typically an advance fee scam. But the "owner's meeting" tease paints this as straight timeshare sales, either to "upgrade" an owner's interval or lure in new "lifer" victims. One nearly buried complaint describes getting a little further into the script to hear about alleged "financial relief" predicated on the COVID pandemic.
The lack of both business name disclosure and also restraint on call volume suggests that no single timeshare dealer is responsible. There however is plenty of mud to throw at Wyndham, RCI, et al to make me wait for more intel before I'm sure what I think. - CandiNumerous calls from Sally leaving a message: "Hello. Again, this is Sally. I've been trying to reach you regarding your maintenance fees. If you could please give us a return call at 877-463-7593. Thank you." Called from 651.377.5701 and when I called it back they answered "Owner Services", how may I direct your call.

I have seen at least 4 different numbers using area code 321. Looks whomever is going Nation wide. Waited and called 877-463-7593 after 9:00pm last night and again before 9:00am this morning. Got a recording "something services, all agents unavailable ATT, please hold until next agent comes available". No thank you.......
