I have received two phone calls from the same number, so far, and they identify themselves as representatives from ScotiaBank, informing me about a special offer for an auto loan, to which I qualify for being a valued customer.
Dunno if its a fake or fraud call, since I don't give them any personal information and I dismiss them quickly.

I got the same call as stated above claiming to be ScotiaBank and wanted to sell me some money saving plan for my credit card... they said "they need to ask me security questions to make sure if it's really me!". At this point I Google the phone number and saw it's a fraud and immediately hang up the phone (which I would have done anyway!) I went with my gut feelings and I sure hope that everyone use their instinct and NOT give out important personal information that easily!!!

Actually, it is really Scotiabank...this phone number is real. I know because my account is in that bank and that is the number that I recently used to ask for some information related to my account. Hope that helps!  :-)

i got 3 calls but nobody responds

Hi, i had a missed call from this same number and i am currently at work so i didnt answer, then since its a strange number i decide to google it and i found this page..... hope it isnt a hack...

Didn't answer said my Amazon account would be charged $1.000.00 out of   my bank account !! Have not ordered from them in a long time !! These are  scam calls, they call several times a week !!
