its hard to say if this is a lagit caller, because when you call the number back they speak hello, and when you tell them you are returning their number back then a lady gets real nasty, accusing you of fraud and you know you have not did fraud. plus say all kinds of threats like you have 72 hours to go to court.yes i borrowed money but lost my job i borrowed 200.00 and they tell me i owe 2000.00 i know someoneis out of their mind to think i would pay back 2000.00 when i didnt borrow but 200.00 when i told her i will pay back the 200.00 some how she got nasty because she wanted a card number and i dont have one now.

It's a scam, they reference a county court document when they call and then a little leg work results in that being total bs.  This company is trying to collect old debts, they are scammers.  Don't bother answering, just ignore, they go away.

Yes they are a scam! They just call people trying to scare them, but I gave them one even bigger & better surprise. Just start firing off questions about if they are legit and inform them you will investigate if they are legit or not. They get scared then have the odasity to accuse you of getting hostile. Ignore their calls but make sure you report them so they can be stopped dead in their tracks.

They called saying that I owe 500.00 to a EDollar company wich is not true, when I questioned them about my information she didnt let me talk so I keep interrumping her with questions and she just hang up. Im getting tired of this people calling and trying to scare me.
