- Nancy| 2 repliesthey called and it was an open line with no actual person. I "*69"ed them and got 877-475-6444. I called them back and spoke with "Ashley" (who sounded very Indian). They are EBreach Interactive (sp?). Some sort of internet advertising. Asked to have my number removed. She was very nice, got my number and also asked for the number that had called me. She said that it could take up to 72 hours to get the system updated. Hopefully this helps.

- TELEMARKETING DEATH| 3 repliesI called back. After receiving several calls a day for a couple of weeks, only to have them hang up on me.
They say they are "E-Bridge Interactive", another one of these scams where they try to "update your information on Google".
IF they should call, or if YOU should call them, avoid saying the world "Yes" at all costs.
This is the sort of scam where they record the phone call, and a couple of months later, mysterious charges show up on your phone bill. Then, when you complain, they claim you asked for their service and they have a tape recording of you saying "Yes" to prove it.
The 'person' who answered the phone said it would take up to 72 hours to remove my number. I bet every single telemarketer in that boiler room goes by the name "Ashley".
It is possible that this is the company:

They are located in Vancouver, though I am not certain this is the same people making the phone calls.

- Telemarketing Death"Ashley" gave up their address. It is not the address listed above.
What she said was:
16133 Ventura, Blvd.
Encino, CA 91436
She claimed there was no front office number. - Telamarketing DeathHere is the building they are a tenant of. It is a 7-story building, and the real estate company leasing the building has open office space. Offices listed at the link below are very small, 77-204 square feet. 77 sq. ft is the equivalent of a large closet (7.7 ft x 10 ft.).

- CJProbably an auto-dialer. Called, and when I picked up, there was dead air for a moment and then it disconnected. Which means they'll be calling back. O joy.

- John KIt's got so bad that I don't answer calls from area codes I do not recognize or "Unknown Name" and "Unknown Number". I feel that if its a legit call they'll leave a message and I'll call them back What's aggravating is when I'm busy and they let it ring til it goes into voice mail. I report each and every call I get to the FBI for their case files. Telephone companies won't help you as they are getting alot of money from these types of pests. Just like junk mail! They are like rodents -- just won't go away.
- John K| 3 repliesI just got off the phone with Verizon. They are not willing to assist us in stopping these pesty bugs who have nothing better to do than harass individuals. I recommend shopping around with other telephone companies who are willing to do their job and stop them without having to pay an additional fee, as Verizon suggested, and still they'll get through. People who take jobs harrassing other folks should be locked up since they don't have anything better to do with their time.
- AvedaEbreach Interactive... ha. The "ESL" Ashley called today trying to update my listing on Google for a corporately owned store but I foolishly gave her my name and my managers as well as the store's hours. She wanted the fax number which I didn't provide, nor my last name which she also wanted. When I told her she could find out any other information by calling our corporate number she hung up on me. Calling the number back she again identified herself. Sounds like a scam.

- John KThere has got to be a lawyer in our group that these people auto dial every two hours even after they are told that I am on the NDNCR (National Do Not Call Registry). There has to be a law that they are violating and whomever initiates a class action law suit against them, count me in. They are a pest. Been thinking about calling my telephone company and see how one goes about to auto dial their number but every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and see how they like it.
- Paul BAfter some research on-line, it appears this number is from E-Bridge Interactive. When I've called it, it does not even ring let alone get answered. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Below is the site to file a complaint. Somehow, I am the first complaint against these clowns, and they have a 'B+' BBB rating.

- Johnclowns with a scam. Insulting sales people who only know about you because of your having posted information on the web. "We see you posted, now pay us to post your information again, so people can find it on the web." Scam.

- Lindathey continue to call even though I have asked them several times to be removed. We are a homeless housing owned by non-profit. Why they call here!!!!????
- edgelandVery bothersome. They have the name right but the address wrong. After explaining why I was not interested, the person on the line just kept on rolling. I hung up and called them back. The call went through to customer service. I said I don't know who you are, I am not interested in your services and if you call me back or charge my phone service in any way I will take action against you. I was told that they would remove my # from there call list within 72 hours. I repeated my request quite sternly and hung up.
I agree that using the word yes is not a good idea when speaking with these people. I'm sure I said it once or twice during the call but not regarding any agreement with them, just yes I am...- Caller: eBridge Marketing Solutions Inc.
- GaryHi everyone,
I work for eBridge Marketing Solutions (www.ebridgemarketingsolutions.com). We're a small business-to-business internet marketing company based in Canada. We have no automated phone services and we don't reach out to people in that way. We have received a large number of complaints about these calls, but Ebridge Interactive is in fact a different company and is in no way related to us.
I hope this helps to narrow it down.
Kind regards,
Gary. - ScammedI am researching this company. I don't know what # called me, but I was badly scammed, and they won't give me my money back. They put the charge on my telephone bill, under the name "Local Search Marketing." What I have found so far is that the company name is probably really named eBridge, Inc, 16133 Ventura Blvd, #855, Encino, CA, 91436. CEO is Mark Cave. This info from the Better Business Bureau of LA. This company gets an F rating by the BBB. The handle the company goes by on my bill is "Local Search Marketing." Their customer service number is 888-733-1000, and I spoke to supervisor Natalie (nataliec@zipweb.com). They have no website, and the zipweb.com is a nationwide company that provides email, so the "zipweb" tells you nothing. The eBridge.com website (from their BBB info) doesn't work. So it seems they use a lot of phone numbers and emails and company names to stay ahead of the law. This is a seriously criminal company, and we all have to work together to TAKE THEM DOWN! When I get a little more info, I will start a blog where we can all communicate. Check back here for the address.

- HarrassedI too have been getting calls from these clowns and know of no way to get them to stop.
- Caller: eBridge
- ReadyForTakedownI got scammed too. After the $99.95 charge, I got very angry on the phone with their rep and he agreed to refund my fees. Well 2 months later, no refund, so I called them again and they said there was no record that they agreed to refund the fees, and that they do not authorize refunds.
I am mad as hell and someone needs to stop this nonsense. It appears that the company is eBridge, Inc, but they were listed as "EZIPSEARCH" on my phone bill. You can find complaints all over the internet related to eBridge, EZIPSEARCH, zipweb - which are all the same group. Mark Cave is the CEO. Check out his recent awards: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2009/05/prweb2441014.htm
This company needs to be taken down! here are two other threads that provide possible connections to class action suits.....
