I called the number out of curiosity and it appears to be a private answering machine in someone's home.  I doubt it though.  Most likely a collection agent or solicitation.

This number called at exactly 9pm and hung up. We called back and the recorded message said they were BCAA. I'm not a member, though, and if they were soliciting it was an odd time to do so and a hang-up doesn't make much sense.

They called me a few moments ago..I called back and they answered and said "BCAA, how may I direct your call". Our BCAA ran out in Dec so I bet they were calling to try and get us to renew again, LOL.

People mention BCAA so that is probably it. I was a member. No message. I am in California. I will put it under the name "spam"" so when it comes up I know.

just got the call right now 4:51 pm BC time.  I didn't answer and googled and found people on here saying it was BCAA.  I used to work for BCAA and my membership lapsed recently so I wouldn't be surprised if it was them trying to get me to renew.

I got a call too, except I haven't been a BCAA member in at least 18 months. I guess they are desperate for renewals.

I'm a (recent) former BCAA member too and have received a couple calls from this number, although I have not answered and they have not left a message.

I just got the call  5:50 PM (B.C. time). I read the comments, and I think they are the BCAA because my membership was expired :)

Also a previous BCAA member in Burnaby, didn't feel worth renewing about 6months ago, missed the call they left a blank message. Phone details:

Received a call at 7:48 Pm. The Phone screen said "out of area". They hung up without talking to me. We didn't renew our BCAA as we have other coverage. Even if we were going to renew, we don't want calls at home.

Same here - hung up on me. They called @ 7:21pm.   Decided to google the # instead of calling back.  We were also members.

Same again. Called the number and it's the BCAA. I too did not renew this year...

I called back and it was BCAA.  I live in British Columbia and I also did not renew this year.

They have called at 4:40 pm and then again at 6:43pm.

BCAA I didn't renew in December and have been receiving these calls as many as 4 day...weird they don't leave a message.  I live in BC

I think you people are just awful you know when you went in to buy your Bcaa membership i am sure they did not bad mouth you so i dont understand why you would bad mouth them on here

What is BCAA? Never heard of it.
