    It really isn't a scam - you probably signed up for a free sample - after the trial period, they will charge you every month until you cancel.  I've have very good luck with the product and customer service!  They've taken off the automatic delivery and I just call whenever I want the product.  Not to mention, I've lost 14 pounds this month using it....
