I saw this number listed in my company card billing as the call number concerning a hotel reservation made in CT....Interesting, since I was in TX. Could not manage to get to a live person through the answering machine hell reached with this number! These people need to make an operator contact available as a menu option, or perhaps I'm just being nice and this number is there to facilitate FRAUD??

I ahve toa gree with the previous person, I feel this number is affiliated with a fraudualent line and online reservation line. All reputable businesses have a number you can actually contact a live person in order to solve issues. After all when does an online business take your money and not offer a solution to a refund or a resolution on solving the issues.

I too got  charged on by credit card bill after booking a hotel reservation.  I was never informed of any fees when booking the on-line reservation.  Of course when I called the number, you cannot speak to a person.

Same thing happened to us.....After making a hotel reservation - my credit card was billed with another hotel reservation with this number. I did not make this reservation in Connecticut. Clearly this fraudulent activity.  We called our credit card company and they cancelled the charge and issued us a new card.  We had to wait 7 days to get the new card, but it beats paying $70 for the charge that was on our card.  Report it as soon as you see it.  FRAUD

I too called and made servations, for August in Super 8 Hotel in Smmersville WV, my card has been charged, more than the cost of the room. Called this number, could not talk to any person, only computer. Said my card hadn't been charged. I need to cancel this transaction, need to call Hotel directly.This is FRAUD. Report it to your credit card.

was charged with a 27.60 for hotel resevations that i didnt make. the comapany is HBC HOTEL RESERVATION.

I was not informed of any extra charges for the reservations.  It would have been cheaper to do a walk-in rate at any Hotel.  I never received the refund promised to me by HBC HOtel Reservations.  When I called the 877-477-7441 number I got lied to that the bank was withholding the refund and I would have to call the bank and give them a phoney refund number.  When I called back we had to go into research for 5 working days and they would call me back- SURPRISE never happened.  No return phone call and everytime I call the 877# I hear another Lie.  Beware It is cheaper to pay the walk-in price your reservations will not get screwed up and you will have a hassel free event.

I made reservations on the computer and have recvd a charge for 12.11 from this HBC reservation CT.  we went to mn and recvd the charge for the hotel 2 days later.  I will be calling my card company tom.

I did not make a hotel reservation but was charged a $14.16 charge on my credit card.  This number appears on my credit card statement but no other hotel reservations appear...

I am having a similar problem.  They charged me a fee but do not answer my phone calls.  I never got the confirmation, name or address of the Hotel and yet I was charged for staying at the hotel when I did not.  Now I have over 150.00 in OD charges and hotels and reservation charges and cannot find anyone to answer for this outrage.

My ATM card was charged but I was never in this hotel!!  I tried the phone number above and the one listed with the charge and I could not reach a human being to talk about this charge.  This is a FRAUD.  The good thing is that my bank will reimburse me for this charge of $98.79

Received a hang-up call within an hour of changing flight reservations via phone originally made on Priceline.com 3 days prior.  No credit card numbers were exchanged with Priceline operator except the last 4 digits to verify new charges to same account.  Will have to wait for credit card statement to see if fraudulent charges appear.

i booked a reservation in boulder,co for june 2010.thru hotels.com and i also got a charge for 26.40 from HBC* hotel reservations,ct

Was charged on my credit card for a reservation in MO, Event was canceled and they refused to give a refund on move our reservation to another hotel. Will NEVER book thru the or expedia. Although Expedia did give us a refund which is more than I can say for this group.
