You are a liar. I picked up the phone and got dead air for 10 seconds before a recording kicked in with a threatening, bullying message that has nothing to do with me. This is nothing but a prerecorded scam.

You are trying to scare people into thinking they are in trouble with financial institutions, when in fact these people are just trying to get personal information to steal. If you were telling the truth, you'd tell people WHAT this phone call was asking for and HOW you were young and dumb.

You are a fear-mongering bully. Stop lying.

Got a phone call from 877-481-1147. We didn't answer so he left a message stating that he was in possession of a file that I may have neglected,and I needed to call by end of business day, etc.  he said his name  was Charles Doolittle.  We don't owe anyone money.  This is a scam.

Message from a Tom Webb Ext. 1157  stating that I needed to call him in regards to obtaining location info for someone I know (didn't say who of course). Assuming it's a scam or something. Asked me to call by the end of the day. I'm unlisted and my number is new.

I got this message also from a Charles Dolittle, but from a different number (877-497-2280). Also don't have any debts. Has scam all over it.

Got this call today, the message started up in the middle so no company name was identified, recording said that Charles Doolittle had tried to contact me several times and if I did not contact him about "this matter" by 5pm CST, apparently the world would end?  I called the number and got some gal answering the phone who I believe said it was "enforcement bureau of Imperial Recovery"....beats me, I then hung up to write this.  Beats me, I don't even have a car.   I would say they are a debt collector.   NO caller ID came up other than 'toll free' and I thot that in itself was illegal, that they had to have a valid caller ID if they were a collections company?  I will report them to the 'do not call list'

Got part of a taped recording from some moron who says he's Charles Doolittle -- didn't say what the issue was.  Doolittle, if that's his real name, needs to get a life.

I just got one 5 min. ago. Just like everyone here its a bs

Got the call, too. From Charles Doolittle. Does not say who the call is for, or what it is about. Just said they have sent several letters and it needs to be taken care of today by 5pm. If they want to truly talk to me, they should have a live person on the phone, not a recorded message & I have to call them back. Not calling.

I got multiple messages from a "Mr. Hemley" and then today same man said he was Charles Doolittle...very distinct voice, no mistake it was the same voice...SCAM!!

Just got a call from some one who says he is Mr. Charles Doolittle.
Could not talk to me unless my name was Chris.
Told him that no such pearson lived here.
He Called one week later.
Same old story.
I will now seek the help of the state of oregon.
And file a No Contact Order.
If I Need I will file stalking charges.
And Sue if needed.

I also got a recorded call from Charles Doolittle..  I had been getting calls for 2 weeks both at 6 am and 8 am.  I called and a woman answered and said it was Capital One and I told them to stop calling me that I don't have an account with Capital One.  They said I wouldn't get any more calls.  Then I got another recording from Doolittle saying to call by 5 PM and so I called and I was MAD.  He said I never called, and that he was with Imperial Recovery and that he was trying to get a hold of me for a client.  Then he changed it to say he was calling his client and my number was the number she gave.  Full of lies!  I asked if he was a collection agency and he hung up on me and wouldn't say what kind of business it was.  Don't give them any information.  If they say you have a delinquent account with someone call the person who your account is with directly because I am sure they are just trying to get your personal information.

Just got a call from Dolittle. Listened to the message "...call by 5:00 or else..." and immediately went to my friend "Google" to find out what the fuss was all about.

I'm glad I did.

Said the exact same thing to me on my answering machine today!

I have received calls from this number several times a day, they called my Mother(Same last name) , Donald King, and told her they were calling regarding a file they had on me, that I might not even be aware of, call by end of day or else. She proceeded to look up 877-481-1147 and there arew dozens of compalints about harrassing, threatening calls, and scam calls also- I would like these calls stopped immediately

Got a call from Charles Doolittle. very suspicious. I do no plan to return the call. I want it to stop.

I just reported this number to BBB online, you need to do the same.  They have been calling me for about 8 weeks or more from different numbers.  I have blocked numbers but they call from another one.  Do not give out credit, debit, home of record or anything personal.  Simply hangup and dial Better Business Bureau known as BBB.  That should stop them, I hope.

Looks like Charles Doolittle has been the pen name for this call, but mine was a Mr. Acilla. Same story as everyone else, he said he was the Mitigation Coordinator for the Claim Enforcement division for Imperial Partners (what I would deem as, lets during together some big powerful sounding words to try and scare people into thinking we're something important and legitimate). Said there was some paperwork that if I didn't get back by 5 pm CST then he would have to make a judgement on it. Definitely a scam looking to get information.

LOL!  Got a call from this number.  I finally called back and got a real person who wouldn't tell me his name.  The gentleman said that Mr. Hemley works in one department and Mr. Doolittle works in another.  When I forcefully asked to speak to Mr. Doolittle he told me that Mr. Dolittle is on vacation.  I told him that was odd because he just called me.  The gentlemen stated it was a pre-recorded call and he had Mr. Dolittle record it before he went on vacation.....yesterday.  OK!!!

This is Imperial Recovery, he did state that.  I urge anyone to look at your CREDIT REPORTS to see if you have anything being collected from Imperial Recover.  I do not.  I have NO negligent accounts.  I did not give them any information.

they keep calling asking for a woman who does not live here and i ask them to stop calling and he said unless i give them a different contact number for the lady they will not stop calling.

Received call today from Charles Doolittle?  They were looking for a company.  I guess we are the lucky owners of a phone number that once belonged to a company that no longer exists.
