several calls from this number in the last month, never leaves a message. every time I've called it back, I get a disconnected message, except for today, it took me to an automated message that it was Bank Of America, and that they were a collection agency. Cannot speak to a service rep, unless you enter in an account or social number.

BofA now starts calling after the first day of the month to say your payment is late; when you actually have until the 15th.

It is strange, they call you and then ask for a verification of your SS#. I never give any information if someone calls me, so i tell them that and they say then we can't proceed if you don't give us your number and I need to call them back, and I never do.
