Left a precorded threatening message.  

The [***] name is Tom Richards, threatening someone that used my phone number as part of a credit app, thinks he is all of that with his "this is your one and only warning" and "consider yourself served", Mr. Richards, before you call a phone number listed on one of your "clients" forms, verify that the number actually belongs to someone on the form. I do not know, nor do I care to know who this person is, so a little due diligence, like researching names and phone numbers may make your two bit collections job a little easier.

Oddly, I called this number myself.  IT's listed as Belkin support on yahoo.com.   DO NOT CALL.   I thought he was helping me with hackers, but turns out he must have been the hacker.
