Keeps saying I have no house insurance. When we just paid it......

I get letters in the mail from Home Warranty with this phone number.  Immediate Response/Time Sensitive. No address or web site to look up.  These people are scammers.  The letters come at least every month.

This particular scam is driving me crazy, because people dialing that 877 number are somehow being forwarded to *my* Google Voice number. I have no idea what to do about it, either. So far, I've had four people call me asking about why I sent them a letter saying their home warranty was about to expire.

This warranty letter with this number came to my elderly Mother and she rents an apartment in a senior community.  She doesn't even own.  It is a scam.

WHY SCAMMERS, they should be put in jail OR pay a huge fine for destroying "TREES" using paper!

Folks trying to call “Home Warranty” at 1-877-486-6737 are frequently dialing MY number by accident (877-486-3737).  I’ve had dozens of these calls over the last year.  Listening to some of the messages from folks who have attempted to call them back to say things such as “I just paid my insurance… etc. etc.  this is what makes me think the folks behind these schemes are dodgy (to say the least).  Most of the mis-dials I’ve received have been elderly folks (this morning’s lady was almost 90 years old).

Rec’d letter in mail regarding a home warranty about to expire and to call 877-486-6737 by April 4, 2022. Letter is scam, my business is current.

Any company selling a home warranty service that (a) hides their name, (b) has no mailing address, and (c) no website is absolutely a scam.

This letter came in the mail with this phone number of my moms house.  SCAM!!  Somehow they find out where the elderly live and send these letters to these poor people.  I told the lady on the phone she was going to hell for trying to steal money from these people.  Wish all kinds of Karma on these scammers!!

Today I received another "Home Warranty" letter urging me to respond as my current warranty will or may have expired. No name. Every time I get one I call to remove my name. Big mistake.

Continues to mail me this trash.  I phoned and told them to send to attorney general or stop contacting me.  Got address from bbb.  Now I’m trying to send this back as refused.  Maybe if they pay for return, they’ll stop sending me.

Keep getting letters with this number. I checked out, definitely a scam. These ppl need to get out and get a job. Stop targeting older ppl they wouldn't want to happen to their grandparents.

Home warranty scam.  Received letter telling me to call 877-486-6737.  All kinds of block lettering "CALL IMMEDIATELY", "FINAL ATTEMPT", "EXTREMELY URGENT", "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED", "TIME SENSITIVE", etc., etc.  Have blocked many warranty scam calls, I wish I could block their mailings.

"IMMEDIATE REAPONSE REQUESTED" "ATTENTION (your name a/o your lender - mortgage co. - info" "bogus Customer ID #" "Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU" ... people, do NOT call ANY 877 (or similar 'toll-free') numbers - these very clearly capture the phone number you are calling from & if you do, you should now expect to be included on any amount of 'live-sucker' call lists!

Received a mailing. This is a scam. I have an existing home warranty and it is on auto pay. This is pure and simple fraud.

Tried to sell me warranty said mine expired. I told them I have State Farm and they’re liars. They said they have my address and will come straiten me out.

they keep sending letters to my 90 yr old mom who gets nervous and thinks her payment is behind! threatening her but they are NOT her insurance carrier! they threaten to call them immediately at 877-486-6737. I am afraid if i am not here she will call and give info to a scammer, she is 90!

For 3 years I continue to receive mailings addressed to my deceased wife from Home Warranty Division. My records show that MY last 9 calls --I requested to have my wife wife's name removed from the marketing database. Always a live rep states that he would do so....has not happended to date.When attempting to get a name or ADDRESS to contact Home Warranty Dision in writing the rep continued to try a sell ME the home warranty without ever offering a HWD mailing address.  I plan to notify USPS to report the mailings and will NOW avoid making any phone contact with HWD.
