Why don't you guys try narrowing it down by places where you made purchases and the state you live in or made purchases.  Do you have online accounts with someone that has this info.

I am in California.
I have accounts with Godaddy, bluehost, ebay, att, chrysler,
I am a printing broker so I use a printing company online

I live in TX and I too had the 9.65 charge.  I have an ebay account, paypal, .............Something tells me
that this is Evil bay.  No doubt

same thing to me 9.65 on my debit card 08/20/08. Didnt question at time thought I just didnt remember doing something. Then second chg today 10/10/2008 different company called New Liberty Mutual In. Called bank cancelled acct.Phone # listed dont work. I will take to my attorney generals office.

Same to me Den Enterprises 9.65 chg on 08/20/08. Just thought I didnt remember doing something but gave it some thought. Then on 10/10/08 another chg from New Liberty Management In. for 10.29 closed acct immediately. Their Ph # 417-423-7523 says customer calling out of area try back. Bogus. I usually dont let things go I will investigate and proceed through my AG office.

I just signed onto my bank account and found a charge for $9.65 at Den Enterprises.  I found another website that referred me to this one and I'm glad I found it.  I just got off the phone with my bank and cancelled my debit card.  Hopefully that takes care of it because I really don't want to have to deal with closing the whole account.

Did you ever find out anything about DEN Enterprises?  I got a charge from them.

I know you really didn't mean it .. BUT .. I'm not the DEN who has been scamming folks out of $9 to $10 bucks for a year or so. Unfortunately, I happen to have the same name ( My Initials by the way) and unfortunately you didn't call me or check up very much one me.  BUT .. You cetrainly helped in my getting at least #70 phone calls from scammed people.. some very rude.." I'm calling my lawyer' .. and worse .. So "proresearch"... your research was wrong       Thanks for nothing    Denny N

Thanks to everyone for posting on this website. I had a charge for $9.65 from Den Enterprises on 1/6/09. If it hadn't been for this website, I might have let the charge slide. Of course, I was sort of alerted to the fact that it might be fraud since there is a $5,500.00 + charge pending on my credit card for a maternity ward. Since I don't have children and am not pregnant, I was pretty suspicious that my card number had been swiped.
