scammer telemarketers who are attemtping to collect ancient debt from last century of which judgements may or may not have been rendered by a court against people. These debts are sold to bottom feeded like the above company who will harrass people with phishing attempts to see if the people still alive or around. Common methods will be calling and asking for 'John Smith' or other name, knowing they have your attention and if you dumb enough to answer these [***], telling them 'there is no one here by that name' they will either quickly ask the REAL name of who they after, or hang up marking you down as a live call. They might have bought old debt for pennies on dollar but attempt to simply stalk people down and hound them even though statute of limitations has probably run out. Suggestion, block them on your phone or put on FAX mode when they call. Calling them back will mark you as a live one, regardless of whether you owe anything past or present. Do not call list is worthless, as the scammers use 800, 877 and other toll free lines, then once you are marked as LIVE, they will use prepaid phone cards with local prefixes to call, so you think it is a local or area call. Good luck with them.

Got a call from this number no sounds were heard, No breathing sounds ETC. After about 6 seconds i hung up... Not sure who this is what they want... But i'm creeped out...

I have a new cell phone number and I've been getting the same hang-up calls described by others. No message is ever left. I pick up and say who I am--and there's a hang-up.

The calls can't be for me--I haven't even told anyone my new number yet.

STOP CALLING. THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE. THEY START AT 755AM AND CONTINUE UNTIL 9PM AT NIGHT. KNOCK IT OFF!

they kept on calling me multiple times a day at odd hours. this lasted for a like a month. whenever i answered they just hung up. so i called back and a guy with a thick accent picked up so i couldnt really understand what he was saying. i told him that this number kept on calling me and i would like it to stop. he checked to see why they were calling and it was because they were looking for a patrice. that is not me so i told them and he said they would stop calling. now i just hope it really does stop.

I get this call at least 4 times a day AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY.  I know at 8:32am, they call every morning and wake up my baby!  THAT IS NOT COOL.

I am 82 years old with many disabilities.  I have no idea who these people are looking for.  They call every hour.  My nurse has been here when the calls constantly come and it is very disturbing and interferes with my care and my health.  I am asked you to please stop calling here.  I even told my doctors about these calls that interfere with my health.

called 9  times already just today. left messages on my machine but theres so much static and background noise. i wont be picking up the call r calling back as i think that will make it worse.

They identify as a debt collector and have been calling me for weeks and weeks. Most of the time, they just hang up. They are a scam company (i have no debt) and are phishing for information. I enjoy calling them back often and speaking in broken English in an unidentifiable accent, just like they do. If you tell them you know they're a scam, they'll hang up ;D

SCAM do not give them your info! Not even the last four of your social. Tell them to remove you from their list by the phone number you are calling from.

This # calls approximately 3-4 time a day, when u pick up they hang op. VERY ANNOYING.!!!!!!!!!

The name of the conpany is Allied Interestate, locate in India, outside United Estates. The customer service representative don't have a clue  about the bussiness purposes.
