I keep getting calls from 877-488-3557 and its DirectTv. I do not have DirectTv and never have!! I have called them numerous times and they say they cant find my # in the system and obviously my user name says that I pay my bills! I also work in the collection industry and I would never act like the reps that i spoke to on several occasions,just know there are companies that protect debtors and people who are being harrassed. Sounds like they need a couple lawsuits sent their way,mabye they will start following the laws!

This number repeatedly calls me and says that they are with Direct TV. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!! Don't even give them your name or phone number which are the first 2 things they ask for. Total scam.

It was a call from DirecTV. I am a customer and was curious why I was receiving a call. My account is fine though.

They call me every two hours even when im at school. Its like they want something from me.

I get calls every day at least 3-4 times a day, sometimes I just let it ring..... Very annoying!!! I answered it one time and asked if they don't have anything better to do then bother people?!

It's not direct tv your being scammed. According to direct tv themselves the 1877 number does not belong to them.

It called my cell today 1-8-2015, caller id said it was Houston.

It is a 3rd party for DirectTv. If you haven't paid your bill in awhile then they transfer it here. Once you pay your bill you have to give them a copy of the receipt to get them to stop calling.

This number has called me three times in the last hour. I wouldn't be too upset, if it weren't for the fact I don't do business with DirecTV. Anyone know how I can tell them they've got the wrong number? Calling this one back gives me the "your call could not be completed" operator message.
