When you call this number for customer service, He acts like there is nobody else to talk to but him. He changes his name Every time you call the same number. When you tell him his last name that he said he was he just hangs up on you. I want them to send me a return label. I don't Want to keep his cheap product from China,  And selling it as high quality product. I go in circles with this guy and he says I have to go through a website. I don't believe there is a company, just him selling this product.

Although you didn't mention the "company" to which the number belongs, a quick search indicates it is Outdoor Solar Outlet.  The company does have a website with chat and email contact capabilities as well as phone.  Perhaps you would find more satisfaction using one of those methods of communication.  I'm not sure if filing a complaint with the BBB would be of use as they have an "F" rating apparently due to lack of response to complaints.
