As soon as you answer, there is a brief message and then they hang up.

They call where I work and ask for my boss, when I tell them he is not here they say they will call back. They do everyday at the same time. Once I asked if they wanted to leave a message, the lady said they couldn't because it was buisness related.

They call everyday and even though I have the number blocked, they leave a short voicemail.  I deleted 13 voicemails a couple of days ago all from the same number

Received a call on my cellphone. I have no idea who is calling. No voicemail message was left. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers. Will be blocking this contact number.

They call twice a day, never say anything and hang up as soon as I'm done announcing who they've reached.

I have answered with just 'Hello' multiple times. All that happens is complete silence for a little while and then just hangs up. I have heard of Scammers trying to record you and somehow use this to confirm purchases. So I blocked just blocked the number cause they literally will call multiple times. Literally just watched my phone block 6 calls a few minutes ago. That's Ridiculous and considered harrassment to me..

Since last comment, get called 4 to 8 calls every morning. Just harrassment in my book.

This caller disconnected after asking if they had the correct name.

Called my landline. Only half of the message recorded, something about debt forgiveness. I blocked the number. CID said Toll Free Call

Came up as "Account Services" on my phone.  Answered, "This is Kristi."  There was only silence for about 5 seconds and then the call was disconnected.  I read others saying debt collection or debt forgiveness, but we are in good standing currently with our creditors, so I'm assuming it is a scammer trying to get something out of us on recording.  I heard on our local news to avoid saying "Yes" on the phone so they cannot use it against you.  If asked, "Is this Kristi?," you should answer "Speaking."

This caller called my phone today around noon, when I see "unknown name" on the caller I.D., I answer then immediately hang up on the [***] who is calling. I know, just as you all do, that it is a hacker, criminal calling.  These criminals, need to be arrested, convicted and serve hard time for harassing us normal, innocent people.   They need to be re-educated in a mental institution at their own expense.  We should not bear any cost for mental [***] or [***] who just abuse the system for their own selfious gain, only to buy drugs and do it all over again tomorrow.  They should be beaten and whipped until they conform to societies rules.
No prison sentence, just beatings and whippings and starvation and crawling in mud naked!
Is that cruel?  I don't think so because us normal ones who get scared to death by the false phone calls are the ones who are losing sleep and being afraid of those weirdos!!!
For all the scammers:

WOW! A number who has been reported consistently, no consequence. Why will they not do something more constructive with their time. Caller CHOSE not to leave a message

Keep getting calls from this number and when I answer, they hang up. I get about 9 of these type of calls on a daily basis.  I am a senior citizen and Veteran an I want to know why our government has not done anything about these type of harrassing calls.  The Phone company says they have no conro over the calls, so I asked them to give me the address of the ones placing the calls so I can pay them the phone bill!

Got my first call from this number, did not answer, and they did not leave a message. Thanks to all for the reports on these jerks.
