Called for my daughter about being a legal locator and needed to be in court. Has 2 counts against her. This seems to be against the law. Putting all her info on my answering machine when she doesnt live here anymore and has been married for over a year.

They keep harrassing me at work.  They will also tell anyone who picks up the phone at my office that I owe a debt and will be served at work.  A few weeks ago they tried to tell me it was illegal for me NOT to give them my HR Departments phone number.  These guys are wacky and must hate their lives to do that type of job.

this guy called and threatened to have me served at work, which I work for the federal govt and had a lot of my personal info, he also tried threatening me with a felony etc all for a debt on a check loan from years ago that had been settled. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call this morning from this number. The guy said he was from STP & Associates and that I had a file against me.  He gave me a account number and this telephone number and told me to hold on.  He was going to transfer me to someone else.  The caller ID on my phone said the call was coming from Tricia Kerr and that phone number was 702-321-5024.  I knew right then it was fake.  Why are you calling me from Tricia Kerr's phone number if you are calling from a business.  If I was thinking fast enough I would have called him out on it.  Instead I just hung up.

Kevin Prince called from this number trying to locate an employee. When I questioned if his call was personal or something to do with our business, he immediately became defensive and started to verbally assault me. Asked if I was new in my position. He said, "this is why ladies don't get to climb the corporate ladder."

I recorded his call and his threats. Bill Prince, nice try.

He called my grandmothers phone. I never give out my grandmothers phone. Said I need to be a witness in a case for his defendant. I know this is a scam because I never give out my grandmother number and they called her asking for me under my maiden name. They told my aunt that answered the call the case number and said that he was Bill Prince, but never said the company he worked for. When I called he asked for my Social Security number and of course I didn't tell him. He said about a loan that I took out through Wells Fargo. I have never took a loan out through Wells Fargo.

877-488-9326 called to tell me I owed company money for loan, Will have papers served at my place of empoyment if I do not pay these fees. Keeps trying and harassing me at work. Will have his number blocke . will not have to here from Bill Prince again

Keep getting messages from Bill Prince at my work telling me that I was going to be served papers and being taken to jail, and they are wanting my credit card information so that they can take care of bill, and the debt consolidation is not doing their job, cause I owe a bill that I am currently working with a debt consolidation to take care of. They have also talked to my co-workers and telling them that I have this bill and giving my co-workers my information. Far as my co-workers are concerns they should not have to know about my home business at my job just only about my job, my managers have told them not to call my work. I have also talked to the local police officers that come into my work about the phone calls to my work and they have told me that I can report them and put harassment charges against them from calling my work after I inform them not to call me at work.

Bill Peince left me a voice mail asking if I would like to settle out of court before my court date. I never called back. Obvi a scam

I've been receiving phone calls from a Bill Prince or Richard Prince non stop at my job. I work in an office setting and I'm always in client meetings or out of the office. He has done nothing but scream and call the receptionists liars. I do not appreciate having my coworkers be disrespected and related every 10 minutes. He claimed that he was collecting a debt that I owed Check n' go but failed to state his third party company. I immediately called check n' go and spoke with one of the girls. She informed me that I had paid all the money I owed them and that they did not have a third party collecting for them. I've left a message with this Bill Prince guy on his phone and has stated that he is to no longer contact me at work or on my cell. If he does I will contact the police and file for harassment charges.

Bill Prince keeps calling me at work and harrassing me. I am afraid I am going to get in trouble.
When I asked for the company he works for he hung up but called me back at work and was so rude. How did you get him to stop calling you at work

Rec'd a call today at 8:48am from a guy by the name of Bill Prince. Stating he had several complaints filed against me and a court date has been set with file number S108935. wants me to call him back to settle this before the court day. Didn't give me a name of the company he worked for or who is taking me to court. This has been happening to me several times. They continue to change phone numbers and there names. This is a scam.

Bill Prince calls and makes threats BUT will not give you any information about what debt is owed. He just wants $.  Just about everyone has monthly bills, so he can scam almost anyone into paying a FICTITIOUS bill. Ask Bill Prince DETAILED questions about debt or court case (company, amount, when it was late, date, time and location) and he will hang up on you.

I had a missed called from this number.  Called it back to ask to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list.  Guy was rude told me that he was trying to serve someone in my household and this was serious.  Funny, but from my knowledge when a person gets served it's face-to-face!  He told me I did not comprehend what he was saying and that I needed to listen to his message.  There was no message.  He's the one who needs a comprehension lession!  SCAMMER!!!  I have blocked this number and re-enrolled on the National Do Not Call List.

I received several missed calls from this number but the person would never leave a message. I called back and sponge with someone by the name of Bill Prince who stated that he was attempting to contact my sister to serve her legal documents. I've had someone attempt to run this same scam on me so i know it's bogus. Nice try.

This Bill Price called my cell phone and left a nasty message regarding legal matters and that i will be served at my work with papers.  He then proceeded to call my grandparents house phone number and tell them the same thing.  This is totally out of control they are giving out all my personal info to people trying to located me.  They had my date of birth and SSN.  I will be reporting this.

I had a call from this number this morning and they left a voicemail.. The call was for my ex who I dated three years ago.. and this was never his number (we never even shared a phone service together).. He said he was a legal arbitrator who was calling about a complaint and that it was a legal matter against my ex that he wants to solve out of court.. WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME!?! scammmmm
