This satellite dish scam is by saveology.  Stay away and do not give them any personnel information.

They text you a message  reminder that your DISH satellite installation is tomorrow.  Asking for a call or a text  that says SAVSTOP DISH.

They texted me saying ''This is a reminder that uour dish satellite installation is tomorrow. If you need to make a change please call 877-495-6682. To stop reply savstop dish.

This is a scam, I never ordered a dish and tomorrow is Sunday, no one installs anything on a sunday!

Just got the same text message. Are we supposed to reply to the text with SAVSTOP DISH or just ignore this all together? Like all of you, I never ordered any satellite to be installed.

Received the same text message from 877-495-6682 for a DISH Satellite Installation for tomorrow (Sunday), which I too never ordered.

Received a text from the same # two days earlier for a Cable installation.

just got one too. i'm gonna ignore it.

Fake message, you can report them to the police and they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

i got same message saying This is a reminder that your dish satellinte installation is tomarrow.If you need to make a change plase call 8777-495-6682 . to stop reply SAVSTOP DISH. i first tried who did it cuz i haven't done , but couldn't reach then saw in internet this no . found alot about this scam . be aware .

Wow... haha!  I just got this thing too... wonder who it's from.  I definitely didn't order a dish.

i tried calling the number and it said the wireless subscriber you are dialing cannot be reached. Also i am a Saveology Employee. Its not a scam. Its a third party company who compares all tv internet or phone services in your area and gets you prices and over to the right company to get it set up. This may be a mass message to all customers who agreed to the text message of their order information.

by all means disregard the message if it persists i will look into it myself and come back with more info from saveology.

Same text message you all got. Called my cell phone people to make sure I don't get charged. I called the # they gave, just went busy. Like someone said, who installs on a Sunday or comes to your house but maybe a plumber!!  Maybe this is one of the jobs they advertise on the internet, "work at home".

Don't know what the object is behind this text.  I too am ignoring this.

Just got the same text, but i say dont even call back from your own phone. I have plenty of friends with degrees from good schools who know how to write programs that if you call back from your own phone it will give them all your acct info ! COMPLETLY IGNORE IT , because the whole catch might just be for you to call back.
