My credit card was used to try and purchase gasoline. It was denied usage at two gas pumps.

I received an email from Security Bankcard Center, Inc. and two or more phone calls from 1-877-496-1845.

I received an email, a couple of phone calls and a letter from these people about “my account” with them. I don’t have a card ending in the 4 digits they gave me. They couldn’t give me any more information without me providing my social security number, which I refused to give them. He said he was unable to look up my card without it. Very unprofessional and never even asked for my name. I believe this was a scam b

I got the same text excerpt the amount of money almost word for word is it a scram

I got the same text time sentence call 877-496-1845 about my account but I haven't called it.

The number calling me and leaving VM is 855-472-7271 and the computer voice on VM says it's AT&T and I can save 50% on my account.  The call back number to 'avail' the offer is 877-496-1845 which appears not to be AT&T.

Revived a call and voice mail about a 50% discount on AT&T direct TV.    Don’t have either.

I got the same exact message and call back number as you did about at&t.

2nd phone call tonight supposedly from At&t direct tv with the same message as everyone else. This time call back number was different. I don't have either. Another number added to my block list.
