Didn't answer, they left a message. Chase Mortgage debt collection.  Odd that they're calling.  My foreclosure was over 4 years ago.  In California, as a secondary original loan for first time home purchase, they had no grounds for action back then.  I had sent a cease and desist to the collections companies they used which stopped those.  Now they're contacting me again when they have even less ground to stand on.  After 4 years, their time to pursue judgement (which they couldn't do anyway) expires.  It expired 3 days ago.  If they call again, I'll be sending a new cease and desist.
