Called my cell phone asking for me by name and representing themselves as Time-Warner.  Knew I had TW highspeed internet at home.  I told them they had the wrong number and pretended I had no idea what they were talking about.

I did not recognize this phone number, so I let my fax machine answer.  After a search for this number, I read the comment above.  Did a search on Time Warner and on my provider for my area.  Was unable to find said number as a contact number for Time Warner nor as a contact number for my provider.

Called my cell claiming to be Time-Warner (knew my name) and selling cable tv service. I told the guy "no thanks and put me on the do not call list" and he just ignored what I said and asked how much I pay for tv service. So I told him what a great person he is and hung up. I had told Time Warner in 2008 to place me in the 'Do Not Call' list.

I also received a call from this number but no voicemail was left... scary because I also have Time Warner Internet.

Get frequent calls from this number, thought it was TW but the last many times I ventured to pick it up nobody answers when I do, and no messages are ever left. I do use them as my internet provider. Don't know if it's legit or not... all in all extremely annoying.

Unsolicited call - return call to phone number got a message from phone provider that the number was an invalid number

Got a missed call from this number today as well as in the past. I believe sometime ago I answered and they said they were from time warner...offering cable tv.

For some reason I felt like googling this number and voila here I am it seems im not the only one

Just got a call from them as well.  I am a Time-Warner high-speed Internet customer but I pay my bill via Auto-Pay so I cannot for the life of me understand why they would call me for any reason unless they were trying to solicit me to also take their TV service (which I'm not interested in, as I already have DirecTV).

i also have been receiving a bunch of calls from this number and they never leave a message, and whenever i answer nobody is there. its super annoying and i dont know what to do.

i've received four calls this past week.  first time i picked up and no response.  never leaves a message.  i also have time warner internet.

what is going on?

Two more calls from them today.  They must really want to get ahold of me, for some reason.

I received a missed call from this number and do not have TW internet or cable service.

Received a call from 8774964870 today, no one on other end, called the # back and was greeted as "Welcome to Suddenlink Communications". Asked why called she said was offering discounts on Suddenlink TV services.
I suspect this is a firm which handles promotional calls for any firm willing to pay them for the service. I asked for DNC.

Ignored call, they didn't leave a mess. I called it back to hear an automated message for Sudden-link. I'm not a time warner customer, but I am a sudden-link customer. Probably trying to sell a service I don't have.

I got this missed call and tried to do a google on the number. Found this page and looks like I'm not the only one, either! I'm a Suddenlink customer, too. Go figure.

I keep getting calls from this number as well. Never answer but they don't leave messages either. I am a suddenlink customer so more than likely I don't need to answer now that I know that it's probably some firm that companies hire to get us to "upgrade your package to HD and get more channels than any other provider" . Also for those other suddenlink customers, What I find funny is that I see commercials for suddenlink and how they've dropped some odd billions of dollars into their company to make it better but theirs is the only commercials that constantly cut-out towards the end. Its like they spent all their money elsewhere and can't find enough to make a decent commercial.

Received a cell phone call from this number.  After reading other post about it being from Time Warner, I do not have Time Warner service.  I just don't answer when they call and they do not leave a message.  I have received around 5-10 calls from this number as of 3/30
