this company Maison York Associates, called and offered me a loan I supposedly applied for over the internet, at very good rates and terms.
I and some others have done some research and found that this company is not where they say they are.  They are a typical loan fraud scam, asking for a security deposit upfront before you can get your money.  They are supposedly located in Richmond VA.  But when we called the Richmond BBB and Chamber of Commerce, and Board for Financial Institutions they were not listed with any of these places, One guy actually drove to Richmond to their address and big surprise they weren't were they said they were.  Don't be scammed by these people like I almost was.
