Another Yellow Pages scam, but well done.  This guy has a website to make himself look legit.

SCAM I received a call from first choice media reporting outstanding invoice. SCAM
He gave me a number to call back 877-496-5988 which is disconnected.
They normally call every Thursday.

I too received a call from Alex at First Choice Media, Inc. (firstchoicenet.com) on 5/17/12 requesting payment on an outstanding balance for a service that we never requested.  

The phone & fax on the invoice he sent over is the same and you get a recording to "leave a message" when trying to fax or call.  Interesting scam and unfortunately people fall for it!

Received a call from a Dan Simmons - from this number (877-496-5999) regarding an outstanding invoice. However, we've never placed any request of services from this business.

I received a call last week regarding an unpaid invoice from this company, First Choice Media, Inc.  I knew I had not agreed to anything with them, so I hung up.  I received another call this morning from the same company-same story line.  I repeatedly told them I did not have any sort of contract with them, and they insisted that I did.  I asked them to email me the transaction, and this afternoon I received an email with a sketchy (there were numerous places on the already blurry invoice that looked like something had been erased and my info had been added) invoice attached for $849.  I am not paying this-I did not agree to for First Choice Media to do any work for me.

Received several calls from this company, Ronnie Harper.  Called back, no one answers.  They say we owe, we do not because never requested service.  They say have a recording, they don't have me confirming anything with them other than I am an authorized purchaser for my company, however, have NEVER said I am purchasing this SCAM service.

I have recieved too many calls from these people. They threaten and claim that they have proof that I signed up for thier services, which, I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR.  I have requested documentation from them and they send crappy handwritten invoices that my child could do better at. These criminals have to be stopped. I engaged in one conversation that lasted 45 minutes with Greg Michaels and today with a Mary who said she had no idea who Greg Michaels was. DO NOT PAY THEM!! This is a scam and they are taking advantage of people everyday! Watch out for www.firstchoicenet.com

Have been getting calls from an unavailable number.  Hannah says she is with first Choice media and that we owe them 1149.95 for a search engine.  They are blowing up our phones for the last few months. How do I report this to get them to stop calling?

The Same scenario:  obnoxious woman calming $1145 from us because of unpaid invoice from Fist Choice Media.  She said that a bill was sent to us on 2/13/13 and we did not pay it. She knew the person’s exact name who ordered the “Google engine” service from them; she said she had his voice recorded about it, as well, which is more troublesome, since we have someone. The caller ID showed "Out of area". She refused to give her information, saying: "It is hard to call me, you need to pay it now".

called to day to see why we have not paid invoice, they said the person they talked to appoved the order. that person has been gone since the 1st of Feb.

Got a call from them today (THURSDAY) saying I agreed to their service and that we now owe $1149. Faxed us a crappy invoice.  Definitely not paying!! These people are ridiculous to think we would pay have not even heard of them before.
We also got hit by the "yellow page scam" a while back. Wondering if i should go through the same steps. Have not heard from the in a while..

They called and offered me a website for $89 a month.

Received several calls from this company, trying to sell a website for our business. told them we already have one.

They called me and told that they are a website designer. I was wonder, how they got to know that i am looking for a website assistance.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Premier Business Pages saying that we owed $1160 for a web page that they did for us. Have never contracted with this company for anything. Today they were offering to reduce the amount owed to $800. Don't know who they are, can not find anything on the Internet about a company with this name.
