no message and no caller id

this caller has called my phone multiple times in the last month, and it has been getting more frequent. This week they have called every day and never leave a message! I am really frustrated!!!!

same here multiple calls.  I answer and nobody says anything...

i just called it back. it is Time Warner Cable.

I get the call early in the morning, and it wakes me up.  I answer and no one is there!  Twice as soon as I answer the call drops.  grr!

They are NOT Time Warner, they are SatCom Marketing, and they're evil.  I called my cell provider (AT&T) and directed me to www.donotcall.gov  They said registration there would prevent any further calls.  I don't quite believe it, but I'll give it a shot.

They LIED about the donot call list, I know several that has done that and been on that stupid list for well over 2 years almost and still get the annoyed and aggrivating calls.

I just called it back and they claim to be a division of my cable company, very annoying liars is what they are.
