    Its been calling me every 2 days for the last 10 days.  Just leaves a blank few second voice mail.

    Answered it this time.  Its TIME WARNER CABLE SALES.  They were trying to push me to get phone service.  Highly annoying.

    Received a call a few moments ago, display was "Unknown Name", a call I never answer. A VM was left advising me of suspicious activity on my Social Ins. Nr. and that I should contact the "Fraud Department" immediately by pressing 1 now ----------obviously a scam, deleted the call and wrote my report.
