    Keep calling saying that I owe money and they are going to file charges. People do not call you to say they are going to file charges, they just do. They scam people that may have debt from years ago with the threat that they will charge you with something. Crap! Find another hustle.

    I have a VM left on my phone saying  that  the are trying to trace me and if i don't provide information the law allows them to contact each of my references. Then the lady said that if I don't have an address or phone number to help them to call the number anyway.  I have not received any written communication from any company. This phone call makes me uneasy. I don't want to call them back. Any ideas anyone?  I guess it was from a debt collector. No other information was given in the VM.

    they been saying the same thing to me and now they r calling my parents phone. i talked to an attorney and he said dont give them no info its a scam.

As opossed to null use of this site; would any of you members be inclined to participate in a class action suit per harassment, whilst simultaneously filing criminal charges per conspiracy to commit fraud coupled with unlawful intent to illegally extract funds?

    You're right, it's nothing but a scam.  Only public prosecutors file charges.  Debt collectors do NOT file charges and they have no influence on the criminal justice system.  Ignore and block the calls.
