I, too, had received a call from 1-877-498-0351. The message on my answering machine merely said "card services" and didn't say what they wanted or what the call pertained to. A Google search and a Better Business Bureau search did not find a match.

Please tell me what you need and who is calling and give me a chance to talk.

I have received this call at least once a month (if not twice) since January.  The messages are all the same as what has been described above.

I called the number and they told me I had to give my name. I told them I'd give them my phone # and they could do a search on that in their system to give me info. She told me to answer the phone next time and more info.....I told her I did answer and all I got was a recording saying to call the above number.  grrrr....  Sometimes twice a day...

Yes I received a call and so did my in-laws and my neighbor. Since I didn't call them back, they called the neighbor to have them give me a message.

Auto caller, "contact Card Services" at 1-877-498-0351... Card Services is this case is Bank of America.  I was late on a pymt and they called to resolved the issue.  I had already paid the total amount due but it hadn't posted w/in their system.  The agent was very pleasant.

The number is for a billing service company that has among its clients Bank of America & Banana Republic.

Modern life.  Glad for the above posts.   Yes, I just missed a Bank of America credit card payment and thought that's what the "Contact Card Services at 1-877-498-0351" must be about.  Thanks.

It was Bank of America calling to let me know that I had been approved for special financing.  It had to be them cause only they new about my request and they didn't ask me for anything...

Some oen from this No:1-877-498-0351 calls each day and leaves mesages to call them at this number. Why can't they identify themselves and state the purpose of the call. I am not going to clal tehm until some oen tells me what the call is about. Thanks!

received a few calls from this number and each time about 95% of the voicemail is cut off. All i ever hear is 0351, we are here convenient hours to assist you, 877-498-0351, who is here and what do they want?

My experience was the same as many of you: there was a message on my answering machine saying, "this is card services, please call 877-498-0351".  I called the number, and a woman answered.  She absolutely would not identify herself other than "we're a credit card company, and would you please verify your mailing address?  I said "what company are you calling from?  I'm not giving you any information.  By the way, my credit card payments are all up to date, and I've giving you plenty of time to identify yourself.  Since you won't identify yourself, I'm assuming that you're a scam artist, and I'm going to post your phone number on the sites regarding harassing calls."  She started to say something, but by that time the handset was on its way back to the base.  What is it with people NOT IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES?  If they are a legitimate business, what's to hide?

I got the same call, but my account is and has been closed and they didn't identify themselves. I reported to BOA.

I received 3 calls today, "unknown phone number" is what is on my caller id.  Only once did they leave a message with the number 877-498-0351 and instructions for me to call, no hours just to call them.  First question by me was who are thee people?  And why should I call them back??  The other 2 times they called they hang up.  I was late with my BOA payment if that is who thy are.  it sure would be nice  if they would say who they are.  I am not picking up the phone when it says unknown caller.  Thanks to all of you for putting this up so we all know what is going on!

Said it was Card Services and asked me to call back.  No hours given.  I do not even have a BoA card nor have i ever had one.

"This is Card Services call us back at 877-498-0351". The number on the Caller ID is not the same, 841-234-7699. There is never a name of who the caller is nor do they leave the name of the person that they are wishing to contact. If I don't know who is calling and which person they are wanting to speak to, I'm NOT calling back.
