they called me on a Saturday after 5 pm. When I called back I was instructed to "enter the card number you are calling about". Ha! then would they want my expiration date? I kept punching 0 and got a recording that I could go to their website to make a payment (I am current on all my cards)and the web address was NOT BofA.

I received a call on 01/18/2010 at 6:40pm, that went to my voice mail as I did not recognize the phone number 877-498-0351.

I called the number and it only said welcome to card services and did not indicate a company name. Due to lots of scams, I decided not to stay on the call while being transferred.

It was BoA for me.  My payments were automatic, and changed after the first of the year. Just had to make a payment.

These people are crazy. I missed one payment on a Bank of America card and they are calling me several times a day with an automated operator telling me to call the same number. I don't see why I should be harrassed and treated like a criminal for missing one payment. They don't identify themselves at that time or when I call, but ask for my account number (which one?). Who's going to give there account number to an unidentified source. Bank of America doesn't want to identify themselves or talk to you. They want to harrass you so you won't miss a payment again. I believe this constitutes criminal harrassment under federal law and they should be reported to government thrift agencies regulating them.

This card services company that calls my number at least 5 times per day is a scam... and do not return calls.  I have no business  with whoever they are, and they have nothing better than harass, harass, harass...get a life people!  Anyone receiving calls from 1-8777-0351...report them!

I would like to know why bank of America is calling me on my cell phone(which I never gave them)!  I realize they have their ways-first a very stern man called me on Saturday-caller ID & phone # "unknown"-very sneaky!!  Just like the person who posted above I missed one payment and they are harassing me on my home phone 8 times a day and 3 times a day on my cell phone!!!  This is awful!!!

BOA. I had my ID stolen, health and employment issues. I missed two payments and was told by BOA that if I paid a certain amount by a certain date (not the amount owed, but a lesser amount) that they would set me up on a financial hardship plan. The "Card Services" Customer Assistance Unit harrassed me with two to three calls almost every hour/5 hours each day. I called the BOA Hardship dept as I work from home and the calls were interupting that work. They said that there was nothing they could do unless I did a post-dated check for the lesser amount and even then the calls might continue. I advised them that I couldn't do that as I needed to wait to see how the work situation turned out and I'd call back before the lesser amount was due if I had any trouble whatsoever with making that payment b/c of my hardship.

When the time came, I did have trouble, but I paid 2/3rd of the lesser payment and was told that I'd be fine and as long as I had the rest of that amount by the following week...that they would work with me. Following week I had the money and they assessed my income and said that the couldn't help me: that I didn't make enough money to be put on a hardship program!???  

So...I just let them call. I've shut off the ringer and I will pay them this month when I finally have the money saved. There's nothing more that I can do. As soon as I have the card paid off completely, I'm closing the account - the gas rewards points weren't worth this hassle.

I'm being bombarded with calls from 877-498-0351. When I called that no. as they gave it to me, a woman wanted my card number.. that's all, which card number?? I don't have one! Gave her my phone number and told them to stop calling.

Just says Card Services, do they really think people will call back if they don't idenify themselves.

Same thing for me on 6-4-10. "We would like to discuss the status of your existing relationship with us."  blah blah "convenient hours.... Thank you."  I figure they are going to raise my interest rate because I missed a payment. I'm planning on paying off the card and closing the account. I dislike BoA beyond words.

They called me about the same thing. I have tried to discuss things a couple of weeks ago about getting interest rates lowered. They would not have any of it. They would not work anything out with me. I have never been late before. They lowered my credit limit to almost nothing. After several attempts to try and work something out. I told them there was a very good chance I would be filing for bankruptcy. Well to make a long story short. I missed my first payment last week. They are calling me 3 times a day now. In another month will be filing for bankruptcy.

Left message on answering machine to call card services.  No caller name but said wanted to go over options and times I could call them.  Have also been getting calls from Anonymous on cell phone and number is retricted so can't call invalid back.  Anyone else been getting calls from Anonymous?

Message left today by no name other then card services.  "Want to discuss the status of credit card."  The caller ID number is 954-473-7001.  Since live at a home with multiple residents and they did not ID themselves or who they were calling I did not call back.

You Bet I am getting calls because my financial situation took an unexpected nose dive in June and I was curious about the special financing you mentioned in your message. If I am being too nosy or you don't want to share the info that's cool!!!

This is a SCAM! Do NOT call back, do NOT react. I just spoke to the BoA and they confirmed my suspicion.

I received same message and called the 877-498-0351.  The man I spoke to said we could not continue our conversation until I gave him my date of birth and social security number.  When I refused to give it to him, he told me they would continue to call me until I spoke to them and fix my account.  I asked it he could give me the name of the bank he is affiliated with and he refused and said he would be disclosing private information and that I needed confirm my identity with my social security number.  I then hung up on him.

I then called my banks and they told me to REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT. I have done to .  

PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU.

What a joke...who really knows who you will be calling.

The number comes up as as unavailable on my cell phone.
