A robocaller that pronounced my first and last name and asked me to call back from either the number they called or to use a reference ID, if from another phone number .

Claims to be Aetna with the same content as noted by others. Very persistent. Multiple calls per day.

Same as others have reported.  I called Aetna directly, they confirmed this is a scam/bogus call.  They would never give you a 7 digit code, nor would it be a "robo call".  Note to others...ALWAYS call the main number of whomever is claiming they are to verify if it's true.  Also, BLOCK that scam number.

I’ve received two calls from this number in the past few days. Emailed Aetna through their portal and they didn’t know anything about it. Appears to be a scam.

Got 24 calls within 48 hours from this number. T-Mobile flagged it as possible scam, reading other posts, it looks aggressive

Have received same Toni call the last 2 days

Voice mail from this number claiming to be Aetna. They give a 7 digit pin code for the call back.
Aetna’s main number says this was not from them.

Got this call for the 5th time this month. It’s definitely not Aetna. I contacted Aetna directly and they said it’s definitely not coming from them. My question is how the spammer is getting names associated with Aetna. Must be some kind of data breach.

I never thought of that - I bet it is a data breach!!!!!  That is who i have as insurance. They are calling cell phones and they may be hackers trying to get into your cell?  Just a thought. Just more BS to deal with!!!

Or they are simply spamming thousands of numbers figuring that there will be people that do have that insurance company, much like they do with banks and everything else.

Same as others. Caller ID shows up as Unknown, and robocall to call back this number with 7 digit pin. I do use Aetna and somehow they got my cell number. Very persistent, multiple call over multiple days.
