Caller id was Dave Hanson, urgent in regards to my name and ss#, call within 24 hours to be briefed about what was going on. debt collector?

same issue as before, a david hanson called about me giving a message to a neighbor, when asked what the subject of the message was, he got all uppity until i reminded him i didn't owe him any favors and he indeed was wasting my time. He got mad and hung up.

So.........

How is this Dave Hanson getting all of these phone numbers?? And are we idiots? As if we would give up our socials? Come on! I tried to post on another #. It wouldn't go through. So, this snake is calling and claiming there was an issue with a neighbor, urgent, have her call blah blah blah...here is the caller I.D. (248) 274-9530 and the number he left was (877) 499-3869

another annoying call from the so-called dave hanson. probably not his real name since he does not have a real job.
He is preying on the vulnerable and weak minded for their social security numbers.  He should leave a more intelligent, or at least, literate message if he is going to get a bigger audience.  Not worth calling back, needless to say.

I just received a collection letter from "Dave Hansen". Stating how I owe money to Charlotte Russe.  Thank goodness I found this website.  You can tell that this letter is fake!!

I've been receiving calls from Dave Hensen for over a year. How come this idiot or company hasn't been busted by law enforcement yet? Have we turned his Caller ID number in to the feds? The idiots probably read this site and laugh. What can one do to help?

a dave hanson called and wanted me to verify some info on a supposedly "bad check" from a bank I don't do business with. I refused and told him that I was going to call the police and he got scared when I asked for his address. He hung up on me and I called the police. An officer is on the way to my home... so obviously, this character is soon to be caught!!!!!!

A Dave Hansen called me tonight, It was from the same 877-499-3869. I then talked to him and he proceeded to tell me info about a check from an account I never had. He wanted me to pay him the amount. When I told him I needed to go through my records he was not happy. He would not tell me a company name either. Whats with this guy and how does he get info on people. Arg I hate stupid people.

Debt loss prevention wanted info and wanted me to send him money without giving me info.

I agree.  He got all feathered up when I asked what his business is and why he called. He could not give me any straight info.  He finally hung up.  I googled this info and found out more info of other calls.

I have been recieving calls from David Hansen / Hanson for a few months now, only twice though.  I recieved calls from 248-274-9530 asking me to call back to 800-499-3869, stating that there was a problem with my Charlotte Russe account.  I called Charlotte Russe and they indicated that they don't even have credit accounts!  I also recieved a letter from this guy, printed on recycled paper off of an ink jet printer.  What a theif and a scammer.

DO NOT call this guy back and DO NOT give him any information.  He is a theif.  The company he claims to be from (only when you give your name so he can match it up to the scam) is Independence Recovery which is registered in Michigan.

I RECIVED a letter, final notice to be exact saying ,I owe them money for who knows what.   They didnt say.They said it was a bill for Hapo Bank. I closed that acount 10yrs. Ago.They want me to call 877-499-3869 to get information. NOT!!!!!

This number is associated with David Hass, he calls himself david hanson and a few other variations of his name.  This guy has set up a faux company, sold an idea to some victims that the stock price was going to jump, and people will double or triple their money.  He pumped in some money from his victim investors, got the price to increase, and then he sold his shares taking the money and leaving everyone else with worthless stock.  

I have seen other complaints where he acts as if he is a collection agency and gets the money.  I heard that he is offering employment now.  Im not sure how he is doing the scam but its most proabbly a work-at-home business.  Dont do it, its not a real offer.

Ok just received a letter...FINAL NOTICE I might add... current balance of get this $1649.6663 you read it right   .6663 cent....what computers don't know how to round to the nearest tenth or is it just Dave Hansen that can't... I should send him a money order for .6663 cent ....he's actually willing to take a settlement offer of $598.8 yes you read right .8 cent... I guess Dave didn't know to add the 0 in .80 cents...GOOD OL' DAVE...he's working so hard pumping these letters out that it's hard to keep up with how much money he's actually owed...he's good for laughs at least. If I find the business address of the person with this P.O. Box I will post it here for all to see...then we could send him letters asking for .6663 cent or .8 cent...

He left a message on the service asking for an immediate return call.

I have Caller I.D. Blocking, so I returned the call to let him know that he had the wrong number.

Same response.

He got all uppity and rushed and eventually hung up on me.

I was trying to do him a favor, seeing that I figured that he was a debt collector, to let him know that he had the wrong number and to prevent any further calls in the future.

Considering HIS attitude, I wish anyone that receives another call from DAVE HANSON, or if HE leaves a message on your machine to IMMEDIATELY call HIM back !!!   Don't waste YOUR time !!!
I don't know what the scam is, however I will just choose NOT to play HIS game !!!

By the Way, I turned the info. over to the Telephone Abuse Hotline with the State Attorney Generals Office for Texas !!!

Just recieved a call from a Dave Hansan I've told he no one lives here by that name Venessa Bouchamp. He stated he would continue calling and slammed the phone. He does continue to call and left messages stating the fact that if you hear the message it is a contact and he will notify officials .He refuses to state where or what he represents . He is rude I don't know what he represents or who. But he acts like maniac. What Officials does he believe he has contact with?  Aliens. I tried to the guy a favor by letting him know the person he asked for does live here. DAVE get a life stop harrasing people. I also turned the number over to the State Attorney General Office.hope they handle this nut case.

Call from Dave Hanson, to collect a debt from 2007. Told my secretary I needed to call him ASAP or he would proceed accordingly, This is 2011, the debt was a payday loan from 2007. Do I need to pay this, it was chargrd off,

He's calling my parents house looking for me. I tried calling back and I got a generic answering machine....not a chance this guy is getting a penny from me!!!

he called me twice already.
he left me voice mails saying there an "important matter" i had to take care of and i had to call back or blah blah blah
i don't call back. I'm not even close to being an adult yet. what could be so urgent from a person that people have called a scam :D
