    This phone number appeared in a text claiming to be from BBVA USA bank. It asked about a potentially fraudulent credit card transaction. It appears to be fake. If you call the number, a recorded voice asks you to provide your phone number and ZIP code. This may be in order to allow criminals to use your credit card number after it was stolen in a data breach. If they have your ZIP they can use the card. I believe this is a sophisticated fraud.
