Tries to spoof number to get you to answer. Voicemail talks about a legal document being sent with fake case number. They want you to call back. Typical scare tactic to scam you.

Got the same call today using same technique. "Document Delivery Service" on behalf of "the firm". What a joke.

Document delivery service, had my name wrong. Wanted me to call the “firm” back at 877-501-3051

Received same call claiming from document delivery service with a case number mentioning legal action, etc... and the number that called me from was different than the number they wanted me to call back.

Same bs as everyone else here. Recorded message from a spoofed local number claiming docs are going to be delivered between 8am and 4pm, they’ll make 2 attempts, blablabla. This is like the 5th call they’ve made claiming this with the exact same voice and format. There’s no documents coming, and there’s no case. I encourage anyone scared by this bs enough to second guess it to check with your local court. If a summons actually exists, they will have it on file. You can’t get documents served without first getting a court date.

Same. They’ve called twice asking for someone with a similar but different name. Totally a scam. These low lifes need to get a real job.
Even if it was an actual process server they don’t call you before they show up. Preying on the old and naive.

I was left a voicemail stating they were needing to serve me that I was being sued I called the number back and spoke with someone in their legal department and they told me that a credit card from Capital One was opened in 2006 and was paid on for 11 years up until 2017 then payments were stopped with a $2,000 balance and that I am being sued for this balance I've never had a credit card in my life when I told them this they told me that it was HSBC Orchard Bank and that now they were going to file more charges on me for lying and they advised me to settle out of court because they had proof of two Banks attached to me that the payments were made from and a bunch of other evidence that it was me ,they advised me that I will lose and it was best to settle when I told them to go ahead and serve me and when we get to court I would like to be shown this evidence he told me again that I would lose and that if I change my mind to call them back and they will be willing to settle out of court. I called the county clerk for the county they are saying this is from and they show no record of anything about me being sued so thank God for the comments on here because I was really starting to believe that somebody had opened an account with my name and that I was going to be in trouble but after reading y'all's comments I feel a lot better now so I decided I should post as well for the next person they try to scam hopefully they don't get too many people and I hope they get their karma
