***CLASS ACTION TIME***  
LOOKING FOR LAWYER TO TAKE CASE ON AND PEOPLE TO JOIN IN CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE.

I live on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.  I just changed my number recently and it is unlisted with Telus Communications B.C. Inc.  I have been getting unwanted calls from this company as well, since i got the new number; just this morning I was woken up very early with another call from this company (IQR).  I am PISSED OFF!!!!  

I have successfully recorded several *57 Traces on this number.  I am pursuing charges with the RCMP against Canadian Bonded Creditors Ltd. DBA: IQR.  These are unwanted phone calls, I am not the person they are looking for but they continue to call, this is harassment and a complete disruption into my personal life.  

I phoned back their number this morning and some guy that can hardly speak English answers the phone IQR "ICORE."  I asked them again to please stop calling our number.  They asked me if my name is Clay, I said "No, stop calling my phone number, you people woke me up!"  He said he would take me off the list, but doubt he will.  This isn't the first time they have called.  They call all the time.

I am interested in a class action law suit against Canadian Bonded Creditors Ltd, now DBA: IQR for punitive damages and negligence.  It is my opinion as a free thinking human-being that I should have the right to not be bothered with CBCL's unwanted phone calls.  I should have the right to an unlisted number and not have my life, time, sleep and more turned upside down with unwanted phone calls.  I believe that IQR (CBCL) has a duty to take care, a duty to take care in that they not call a number unless they have personally verified that the number they are calling with their machines is the person they are looking for.  If not, then the calls are unwanted and a constant disruption into peoples personal lives.  Which is obviously happening here.  I believe CBCL dba: IQR has failed in that duty to take care!

I am self employed, my phone is my lifeline.  I need it, I use it all the time, and IQR's unwanted calls have become a huge disruption in my life.  If you feel that the calls are a disruption please pursue a class action law suite against IQR (CBCL) with me.  It may take time but don't just let them get away with it.

Make notes over every call, what number they call from, tell them not to phone you at this number, ask them what their name is, etc.  Get as much info as you can.

I've been getting bombarded with calls from these jerks at 1-877-503-2115 too. The messages I've been getting say ICore Canada, or maybe it's IQOR or whatever. I've read through what other people have said about these creeps, and agree totally. A class action would be best. Specifically, I'm a trucker, and when I'm going through the mountains out here in BC I get no cel service (Rogers Mobility), so once I get within range of service I expect to get a few messages from the wife, or dispatch, or whoever. What do I get? Those damn ICORE jerks. They fill my voice mail box, so nobody else can leave a message. Good thing my house hasn't burnt down yet, because I'd never get to know about it. Rest assured, I'd sue them blind if there was a real emergency that I wasn't able to be notified of. I called Rogers Mobility today to see if I could get them to block the calls to my cel from this number. Nope, they can't do that because the call doesn't originate within Roger's system. Good thing that doesn't work with ISP's otherwise we'd all be deluged with 10 times the amount of e-mail spam that we typically get. The only solution Rogers offered was to change my cel number, and they would wave the fee for that. That's better than nothing. Good luck to all the rest of you. This is such harassment!  Every day some stupid automated voice telling you to call back - urgent.  Why do we allow this industry to permit this abuse?  I can't imagine there are ANY customers generated from this phone soliciting, why do we allow the telephone companies to permit this abuse?  Why doesn't our legislation give us the choice to "opt-in" for calls rather than "opt-out?" On the "do not call registry" we are at the mercy of the telephone companies.  It is just plain harassment, no frills, no gimmicks - any lawyers interested in a lawsuit?

I continually get calls from IQOR telling me that it is very important that I return the call right away.  I have never returned any as I don't even know what this company is and I don't know how or why they have my phone number but I would like the calls to stop.  Why am I getting these calls?

I work for IQor Canada Ltd. If you want the calls to stop, you have to call them back and let them know they're dialing the wrong # you moron. And if it's you they're looking for, then pay your damn bills!

Keep getting calls from these yahoos, we called back and asked to be removed, seeing as the person they are looking for has moved and we have contact with them. So then they start calling on a different number. Just got through again on a different number and told them we were told we were removed from the last, so this better be the last bloody call from ANY Icor number. Just a heads up for everyone else, watch the other numbers.

Icor is the parent company, Canadian Bonded Credit Ltd is a collection agency. The phone number 877-503-2115 is a US toll free number, they use that number so you cant use Bell Canada blocking service. They wanted me to contact them so I did, I used my dial up connection on my PC as a dialer after all Iam not going to waste time doing it by hand. I put in the maximum attempts of 100 and a redial of 5 seconds and let fly, I got almost 2 hours out of my reverse harrasment. They will see your number on thier call display, I ran this 2 weeks ago for 4 hours on a Monday morning, the calls have stopped for 2 weeks so far. If I start getting calls from them again I will call them for a week. Cheers Dave T

I am getting unwanted calls from this #877-503-2115 saying that they want me to phone "that this is an important call from I Kore Canada" They don't ask for anyone by name and I refuse to answer any more and let it go to voice mail.

I've been getting calls every other day for a couple of weeks. I just called them and asked to be removed. They were looking for someone named Shannon Wheat (sp?). That's not me. They said they would remove my cell phone number from their list. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

This morning I was home to answer it. The guy on the other end asked if the police were gone?? I said excuse me? He hung up. I called it back expecting am automated message but the same guy answered with just a hello.
Very odd.

Been getting repeated calls from this number to my cell phone (which is on a grouped company account, not even my personal phone), and they leave a pre-recorded message with NO information beyond a number to call. "This is IQOR Canada. It is important that you call us back. You can reach us at 1-877-503-2115." No name, no reference number, no details. I gather they were formerly called Canadian Bond and Credit Ltd., and I used to get calls from them on the same cell phone last year. This is ridiculous. Evidently it's an outsourced call centre, and can be hired by anyone for any reason, and while their website claims they respect privacy (ha ha) and you can easily be removed, they make it very difficult to do so. We keep getting phone messages from a computer saying "This is IQOR Canada.  It is very important that you phone us at 1 (877) 503-2115 right away."  

We have no outstanding bills, therefore, if this is a collection agency, it is bogus.

1-877-503-2115. they call l/m asking to c/b. have been getting this call for months. don't leave any message but just to c/b????(it's an auto v/m)

I am receiving this call every day as well as others. I just called them to find out what is that regarding. I was told there is a debt which was belonged to 2002 with TELLUS. I asked them to remove my phone number not to call me but the representative was so rude and stated you receive call as long as you don't pay.
I told them I will call police and she said go-ahead.
I think I am going to call them exactly after any time they call me and as soon as call was responded by a representative I hanged on so since that is toll free number that company will be charged for each phone they pick up.
If it is possible for you too, then go ahead and do the same so make them expenses.

IQOR also uses another #. 1-866-801-1526 . These idiots call all hours of the night. I suggest you all call every Known iqor # and harass them some.
I spoke to a number of their reps. and they all seem to have a similar accent. They all sound like a bunch of Nigerian scumbags or should I say, scambags.

Ever since i told them this is harrassment i am going to call police or stop calling my number, although they responded me goahead call police but i still have not received any call.
If it working for me then it may work for you too. (do not forget stern and nasty language)

Started receiving calls 3 months ago. Upon answering the phone some dame announced that she was phoning from I-Core Canada. I hung up the phone thinking it was some type of scam. I have been receiving calls up to 5 times a day. I blocked my call today and finally was able to talk to someone (a foreigner of course that could hardly speak English). I did not give them any information and asked why they keep calling and what the call pertains to. She kept asking for my phone # (which I would not give) i told her she already had it as they phone me enough times. She said she couldn't give any information till she had my telephone #. I informed her that I wasn't releasing any information till she enlightened me on her company. She said it was a financial collection agency. I informed her that any legit company gets no response by phone they contact their clients via mail..............she hung up on me! How rude.

This number keeps calling! With the same stupid message that isn't specific. The even call every Saturday Morning at 7:45am
