get harrassing calls at work at least three times a day,turning the number over to att.gen az

Have been getting numerous back to back restricted calls that leave this phone #(& another 800# previously) for CHM Mediation Firm, for the better part of a year. I ignored them at first, since they weren't for me, but it got riculous. So, now I've called them numerous times & told them that they have the wrong # & I don't know the person they're trying to reach. They tell me they'll remove my number.  Strangely, almost immediately after I hang up with them an out of state # calls me. Usually a NY #, I believe. I don't answer it because I don't recognize it. Usually, it's a few months before the calls start again. This time they've called 6 more times in 2 days after being told once again that they have the wrong number. I called them again today & an extremely rude woman hung up on me several times before finally taking the info left on the voicemail(apparently she was the only one answering the phone) & again telling me my # was removed. Immediately after I hung up, I got a call from a Chicago #. This time I decided to answer & a female, who sounded like the same person I'd just spoke with, swore & threatened me, saying I'd messed with the wrong one & she's going to find out where I live. The phone # comes up as a land line, so I'm fairly certain it was the person from "CHM". I mean who has a land line anymore? Bottom line, abusive, harassing, scam!

This number continues to call me as well. First their voicemails are about me having charges against me asking me for my address now I'm getting voicemails saying they have my address and they are going to serve me. I still have not received anything by mail. This is just a scam. Hopefully they are stopped soon!

This is a company calling on behave of Check n Go. Stating that they are trying to serve about a court date. That's all the information I was able to get from them.

They called  a cell number I only had for two weeks, they said I was going to get arrested and charged and that they have two addresses from me, I told them that I have a fraud alert on my social and my credit and my bank information, and that they cannot call me anymore, as I have my attorney give them a call, and they will have a lawsuit on their hands!!!!

These people keep calling me on my cell at work. When the lady calls she calls from a blocked number saying that she has my address and ready to serve papers, she is harassing me at work as well. They told me that they need are it card to pay the debt that I supposedly owe, I told them that I would bring harassment charges against them but they still persist. Has anyone actually had them serve papers on them and how do you get them to quit harassing you at work and home?

Also receiving threatening calls from this number in regards to charges against me for a bill I have never heard of. I asked them three times to send me proof via U.S. mail and they refused stating they would only correspond with me via email. When I mentioned by law, they are required to send me a debt validation letter (via mail) within 5 days of contacting me by phone, the man was irate! He threatened to serve me papers at my place of employment and residence; these people are nuts!!! They still keep calling with the same nonsense, but now I just ignore the call.

Who are the representing because my sister keeps getting a call and they said they can not tell her what its about because its not me, so i am curious who this 1877-509-0384 is because when i called it all it did was ring and ring and ring. no answer and i know that they are open because i called in at 330 my time

I just got a harrissing phone call from a chm company. they said they were looking for me to serve me that i have fraud charges agiainst me. they even called my mother and scared her half to death. my mom thinks ive committing bank fraud and getting loans out and not paying them back. i`m tired of them calling. it stops for a few months then start up again. the last time they called my aunt anold her i was opening up accounts in her name.and she would be charged unless they got me to call their company. they want me to send them money. how do i make these people stop.

I keep getting a phone call from 1-877-509-0384 CHM and they tell me I have charges against me and that I need to give them a cc number or a checking account number or they will serve me with papers. I want to know if this is a scam or actually a debt collector that is valid? Does anyone have any advice or know about this? Please give me some feedback. Thank you.

I was told that I would be served and arrested also. But I have not been served anything and am wondering if it is a legitimate concern that I will be or not.

idk but they have called me saying the same thing and i really want to know if this is a scam

They are scam artists.Please do not let them upset you.If they were valid debt collectors they will send written verification through the usps.They don't because they are not legal.I just reported them to the FTC and my Attorney General's office.

This is a hoax... they did the same thing to me and unfortunately they got $111 out of me.  I called my bank when I read this and put a stop payment on the 2nd payment to them that was coming out tomorrow......... It really pisses me off.......... They said I owed 400 and something dollars... but would settle that day for $224....... I cant believe I got scammed..  !!!...

I got a call at my job saying they where going to serve me at work so i called the number they told me i was being sued by a payday company from 3 years ago, and that my balance was like 800.00 but since i wasnt served i wouldnt get charged the extra 200.00 for the serveer so i made a payment plan with them, but now i worry is this just a scam yea they freaked me out

so what happened after you made the agreement with them and then stopped paying?
