yes this number was listed on an email regarding an Amazon purchase I did not make, when I called and questioned it they hung up after telling me my email had been hacked and they could help me fix it   877-524-9271 is a scam to get you to sent them gift cards to resolve the problem

Same experience as above, but I didn’t call. Scam email about a bogus Amazon purchase. Told me to call this number to dispute. They can eat s#!t.

Received an email purporting to be from Amazon, regarding very expensive TV sold by "Jim Smith" to be delivered to an address in Delaware, where I do not live.  Email stated "pending payment" of $$$$ and to call 877-524-9271 if I believed this to be fraud.  I immediately checked my Amazon account and everything looked fine so I assume this is a phishing scam to get you to call the number or click on one of the links in the email.  I read on another site, this phone number is associated with scammers requesting Google Play gift cards in order to "correct" the problem!  Give me a break.
