This number says they are "Employer Network" and it seems to be the same ones that call you or you call them after an application is completed.  It appears they are trying to sell on-line education - not employment!!

I actually received a text message from phone number 214-784-4159 telling me they reviewed my application for the position I had applied for and they would like me to call the number in question.  I just thought it is so unprofessional to receive a TEXT message in regards to a job, so I did not call the number.

I got a text message from 312-288-9024 about my job application and to call 877-534-7703.
Talked to a Jason from Employer Network.  The process he told me would take about 45 minutes to complete, but I did not have time to do.  I believe it is another scam- he would not tell me what job I had sent my application for. only that it was a drivers position.

Got the same text to call, and I impulsively did. They are creating leads for schools. I called back later to reiterate that they did not have my permission to sell my info and to remove me from any call lists. When the phone was answered the second man I spoke to gave a different company name, but I didn't catch what it was and I couldn't get him to repeat it. Shady. I put it together later that a lot of states don't include texting as part of "do not call" registries. Also, most state laws say that once you have called a business, you have conducted business with them and they are authorized to solicit you for three months (any call registry status suspended). Bec you are a "customer" and sought them out they can call you whether or not you are on any do not call registries. So these people trick you into making the first call so they won't get into trouble for harassment. This was the first of a few of these types of texts I've gotten from applying for jobs on Craigslist... always a bad idea.

I thought the same thing, but I called them anyway and the start talking about helping you interview, and then right before they let you go, they tell you that you qualify for a $500 gift card OR they offer higher education information by email!
