Got a call similar to what everyone mentioned from someone by the nameJoanna Williams from Greenwich Associates. She was extremely rude I could not believe how she spoke to me over the telephone. How can a company employ someone who speaks to clients that way. She told me she needed my bank name to do a survey when I did not tell her the bank she became very aggressive and rude.  This company needs to train employees to be professional.

Look up the direct firm, do not dial the 800/888/877 number they give you. They use a third party call center for these calls. When you look up Greenwich you get a # in Connecticut. Call that one and ask to be removed from their list.

You answer 10,000 calls from them about your experience with a bank you've never done business with and it will mentally destroy you.  They're more persistent and less desirable than cancer.

Called wanting to speak to our CFO or someone in charge of our banking. Gave a reference number to give when we return the call LOL.

Spoofing our area code too-that's pretty dirty doings Greenwich Associates! It's now illegal to spoof area codes/phone numbers but here we are, telemarketers still don't follow the rules.

Lady with Heavy accent calls- Caller ID shows local number but highly doubtful.  Asks for CFO- I let her know that someone from this place already called today and I [passed the message along (I didn't because I have asked numerous times to be removed from their Call List and they Refuse) so she then asks when she would get a call back- i replied that IF we are interested (we are not) then we would call them back (we won't). I dont understand how long companies like this can posssibly stay in business

Hello, I have been reading your comments and you have it all wrong. If you asked to be on the DNC list then by law we are required to remove you from the call list. All of our calls are monitored and recorded by professionals so you must not be saying things right. We are a multimillion dollar company which is why we are still in business. We have over 1,000 employees and we work for very big name companies. Sorry your so annoyed.

It’s not a sales call it is a survey.
