I received this call for a person not at my number today.  Given the current state of this county’s credit theft and identity scams it is eye opening that this guy one other end would just ask me to verify personal information and contact information to a stranger without consent of the person of interest.  I am retired from the state police and this type of action of aggression towards consumers should be stopped.  This man named Devon Riley - Process Server for client listed at 877-534-9907 Ext; 117 should know I called a few friends and no one named Devon Riley works as a process server in NYS.  The lawyer’s number provided is to a collection agency for a payday loan service company.  I believe making yourself appear as an official of the court and a lawyer of record for a case is a serious matter.  I have turned this information over to the NYSAG's office and the FBI.

I also received a call from this number as well as a few of my family members. This guy was named John & stated i would be going to court for the matter if wasn't paid within the month.Also stated that I would be going to court in a county I don't even reside in.  I have been told that it may be a scam. If they are a reputable company why dont they have a website?  Capitol Solutions was the supposed company.....
