This is a pharmacy calling.  It is not a collection call.  Your physician has sent a prescription for medication to this pharmacy, and they are trying to reach you to set up delivery.

My physician did not send this script to your pharmacy. I have a local pharmacy but I thought it was my pharmacy and I gave personal information. What is going on here?

It is Avella Pharmacy. Doctors send particular specialty prescriptions that are VERY HIGH COST to companies such as this because their prices are much lower than your local pharmacy.  Avella also may have a Patient Assistance Program (PAP) going on that they can help you with that involves your particular prescription that the doctor sent them.  It is beneficial for you, not harmful.  They FED Ex for FREE. :)  Call your doctor to confirm.

Just confirm with your doctor where prescriptions were sent.  Specifically ask about pharmacy names and ask about mail order pharmacy and name the company "Avella".  It is legit. I use them.  My doc sends a prescription that would cost $350 without insurance, with insurance at my local pharmacy my Insurance wants to charge me a co-pay of $60 to $80 for it because it is considered to be Specialty, and through Avella with my Insurance it cost a flat rate of $20 every month and they Fed Ex it to me for free!  No Brainer!

This is Avella pharmacy calling. It's a specialty pharmacy that doctors use for medications that do not fall under insurance coverage because it is usually cheaper than going through your normal pharmacy.
