    Sounds like a scammer.  Did not identify company . You are mandated to make a statement for defrauding a financial institution which your name and social security is attached to

    Received a suspicious call from a company that did not identify itself.  Had the last 4 of my social and claimed they would be filing court documents and the call was proof of notification.  This is a scam as I have no outstanding debt.
