so no one knows who these people are?  i hate seeing 877, 866, 800 numbers show up on my phone.  if anyone finds out who they are, please, do tell!

I called this number back also and it took me to the Suddenlink directory of options.  I stayed on the line and pressed the appropriate number choices to get a customer service rep and they told me that it shows they were calling to follow up on the service call I made the other day about my television service not working right.  They fixed it over the phone and this 877-554-9563 was a person calling me back to do a brief survey on how i rate the service and help i received...
