Also went by the number 586-533-5323, i guess this is there local phone exchange number but then they say to call them at 877-556-5931
Went on to leave a detailed message saying that they need my address so that they can serve me papers because i'm being sued for something.  At the end of the call, she says "You've been served"
First of all, I will not call them back, if i'm being sued they should already have my address.  Secondly, if I am responsible for some debt that their claiming i have, its illegal to leave personal data on a telephone recording.  I've been in the same place for 10yrs.  Stupidity.. stupidity..

Keeps calling leaving number 877-556-5931 and says they will come to my house to serve me.

Did you Identify the caller I recieved the same call  saying i was going to be served papers..still waiting  would like thier name so I can contact  the AG of my state

Got the same call on my cell where a lady left  a message with a claim number and also on my home phone where she told my daughter the same details. First off, f someone is serving me with papers, they'd come from the court and the sheriff's deputy would be serving them to me and secondly, when someone does not identify him/herself by name or use the name of their company in the phone call, I am not going to call them back. How they got my cell number is beyond me, though my home number is listed. How they got my maiden name, although they used my married name, I have no idea. The lady that left the message also ended her message with "you have ben served."

I received a call on Monday 1/16/2012  from I guy very rude stating he is on way to serve me papers
and I needed to call this number because I was being sued for $1400.00 I called 8775565931 and gave them the account # that was given to  me and the lady stated that I got a loan in September 2007 they didnt have my correct address then and couldnt give me any information giving me 3 options to pay....of course I set up a payment plan with an account...... I wish I had seen this site earlier....Help Me!!!!!!!!

My parents recieved a call for me from 877-556-5931.  Caller says they're trying to serve me with papers because of charges and a claim against me and they need my home and work address.  I have not lived with my parents for over 25 years nor have I lived in the same state as them for 7 years.  Caller ended the message saying that I've been officially served.  I do know that when someone is being served, the Sheriff's department knows how to find them!
