Someone by the name of Jonathan Perkins called and left message that they received my case, that I have been charged, and to contact the mediation firm. They said they needed to verify my address and that I have been notified.

Same thing just happened to me!  I have never been in trouble for anything.  What do we do?

Do not call the number they gave u, or answer.  It is a scam!!!!!!  There is no summons!

Did they actually come to your work and serve papers, or threaten to? I received a call from Mr. Perkins yesterday.

its all fake no one is ever gonna come out and serve you anything i used to work for them, let me know if there's anything i can help you with

just tell them if they ever call you again you will have them sued for harassment, the whole thing is fake they can't do anything to you and there not coming to serve you anything

Jonathan Perkins called me again at work today and said I will be served a summons today. Do they ever come and serve the summons? Is it all just threats?
