Scam call pretending to be Wellcare prescription coverage medical insurance.  Recording said to call about prescription coverage change.  I phoned real Wellcare number on my card.  They did not make the call.

They called and knew my rx info, now what do I do?

Like Caroline said, the best thing to do is just call the number on your card and ask what they called about.

I don't believe this is a scam number (my sister just received such a call), but it's always best to stay safe and call the official number on your card rather than a number left in a robocall or voicemail. In her case, it appeared to be some notification about her Extra Help status.

Constantly calling then after they call, I receive texts supposedly from Wellcare. I’m not sure if it’s a scam or not but regardless the amount of calls and texts on a daily basis is unnecessary and annoying

"Important reminder about your rx pending.  I have no rx pending.  This is probably a fishing call.
