These people are calling my dad trying to contact me about someone trying to sue me, and they have a case number that doesn't make sense.  The guy said his name is Bill Paxton and that it's very important I get in touch with them at 877-559-1767.  How they got my dad's number, I don't know because he just got a new number a couple of months ago.  But, they are asking for me by name and they won't give him any other information - not even a company name.  If they were really smart, they'd have my number but they aren't and they don't.

I continue to receive harrassing calls from phone number (877) 559-1767.  In addition, this company refuses to provide their name and the reason for the call, but expect me to give them personal information, which I refuse to do.  This company is also calling relatives of mine as well.  I won't this stopped immediately.

This is a debt collector or "mediating firm" as they prefer to be called. They called my parents and in-laws to get my number..odd i'm in the phone book. They said they were mediating for a pay day loan i supposedly took out 2 years ago. Wouldn't give me the name of company or original amount or send any documentation to verify the debt since they "were't a debt collector, just a mediation firm". They said i had to give them $510 immediately or they would have me served. I just told em stand in line and hung up.

They called me at work about my boyfriend, saying that he owed them money and there was a warrent out for his arrest and wanted to know when he was going to be home so she could serve him with papers. I told her it was against the law to harass me at my work place. Got her name or her supposid name.
