My caller is said account services but I never saved this number

Called five times today so far, no one on the other side, no message,  no idea who they are or what are selling.

Calls many times throughout the day starting at 5 am. Does not leave a message.

very nice.  collecting on student loans or gives suggestions on other arrangements.

Didn't answer. No message left.

spectrum blocked the call after 1 ring which is a sign of a known robo-caller and or scammer. i suspect it's navient they call 4-6 times a day. they change their number weekly to try and trick people into answering.

It is Navient, the student loan servicer.  Five calls today (then finally left a message).  Two calls yesterday (from a different number).  Two the day before.  Nine calls before a message is left is harassment.

I received a call and voice message stating they wanted to discuss my student loans, so I called back and it stated Navient. When I asked to speak to a rep it gave me a message about business hours which stated they were only open Monday through Friday. It’s Saturday so who called me? When look this number up it doesn’t come up for Navient at all possible scam call.

Get calls daily from this number and many others.  My phone says it's "Potential Spam" so I don't answer.  When they finally do leave a message I can't understand the person leaving the message nor can I understand the number they leave for me to call back.  Like an above individual I tried calling a number back on a Saturday or after hours as I actually have a job where I'm unable to take calls and was told that I'd have to call back M-F.  Seems to me that if they want to talk to you they'd have someone who can leave a proper message as well as a call desk that answers calls more than M-F.

Caller did not respond to me when answered. No company name given, no message left, no call back number provided. Potential scam.

Called 8:40 am Labor Day. There's a moratorium on student loans until Dec 31 2020 !! Called me in August, too.

Received 3 calls this morning--8:30am and two back to back calls at 11:14. No message. My iPhone identifies it as a spam risk. If this is Navient as other comments suggest, I have an income-based repayment plan that is still in effect AND there's a moratorium on student loans through the end of the year. There is no reason for Navient to be calling me.

called my wife's cell at exactly 8:00 am. when i didn't answer the unknown caller they called my house phone at 8:01am but were blocked by spectrum as spam.

This number calls from 8am til 10pm. Once in awhile lv a msg about student loans. whew!!!!

They claim to have a legal matter (civil suit) against you, but the phone number is linked to a personal injury fax line - I would keep ignoring it if I were you.

They've left a few messages and they call at all hours of the day.  The latest time was 8 PM.  The voicemails say I need to call them back for news on an application I submitted.   I haven't submitted any type of application whatsoever.   They call from (715) 314-3118 but want a callback to different (877) #'s.  They also never mention their business name and I've just recently blocked them.
