Said they were a collection agency and wanted me to call them or log on to payerc.com (I think).  Even gave me a reference number to use.

These people have been calling my house on a daily basis looking for my father-in-laws ex girlfriend.  I have repeatedly told them she does not live here nor do I know how to contact her.  They have continued to call.  Recieved a call today from them left a message saying her name was "Sandy and she has made numerous attemps to contact me all of which we have disreguarded in the past.  Do not attempt to disreguared this message.  I expect to hear back from you no later than 5pm.  Good luck to you."  I was extremely upset and called her right back.  Told her she had just left me a nasty message and I was tired of them calling we were not who she was looking for.  She wanted my phone number and I rufused at first knowing that she was looking at it as we spoke and told her that.  Told me until I gave her my number she would not speak to me.  After reluctantly doing so she said "there now was that so hard"  I told her yes becasue it was information she already knew told my she was not going to speak to my until I calmed down and hung up on me.  I called right back and spoke to another person and again explained the situation told him I am tired of repeatedly getting rude messages and how rude the other rep was.  I was told she probably thought I was the person they were looking for and excused her behavior.  Said again that they would take my number off the call list.  Hope it works this time.

I have been receiving numerous calls from this company looking for a person who is not me. They were told each time to have me removed from their list, and I was told "There was nothing we can do about that." When I asked for their name and address they dropped the call. I called back and got the address after I told them I would file a complaint.

Brad left a vm, I never answer my phone to strange numbers because of scammers now, said a business matter had been forwarded to his office and he was going to move forward on it with or without my representation. If these people read these posts about their own calls, I hope they realize what they do for a living is criminal, they aren't helping society by harrassing people, and if they should happen to cross paths with someone they've harrassed, they've only themselves to blame for what happens.

They use the names; Mr. Himley, Thomas Richardson and Charles Doolittle.  They voices are the same voice. They, also, use the phone numbers: 877-481-1147, 877-559-9862, 877-494-1532

Just received a call from this number. The woman claims that my social security number has come across her desk in a file and that it is imperative that I call her back by 3 central time. If she does not hear from me, she will make a decision on my behave. I will not call back.

I have received the same calls from this "company" starting with the fact that they need to speak with me about a file and cant leave info on an answering machine (including who they need to talk to apparently). But tonight was the one that really pissed me off. I got the same message as an earlier person "she has made numerous attemps to contact me all of which we have disreguarded in the past.  Do not attempt to disreguared this message.  I expect to hear back from you no later than 5pm.  Good luck to you." Now I dont know about any one else but "Good luck to you" sounds like a threat to me. I do not answer my phone for "unavailable" callers and have absolutely no intention of calling this person back. Especially after that message and the other complaints I have read here.

I got a call from this same number, telling me that my social security # was  file to them and that I need to call them before 5pm or they were going to act on my behalf.    ?????????

OMG im sorry you all are dealing w/ this too, but im relieved im not alone. im being harrassed to tears over unknown numbers. this is just one over a slew of them!!!! mostly asking for an ALVIN JENKINS on these calls. sucking up my prepaid minutes, and i can even barely afford to get them put on my phn, i dont even check my voicemails anymore, cause im swamped by them! im going to get a new # and hope to friggin gods it doesnt happen again. based on seeing all of your complaints, thats probably not going to happen. >:(
