A lady named Marie called two days in a row and Left a message:  "They have a Civil complaint filed against me in my County"!  I called my County Clerks office and was told my name was not in they're system.  They get calls like mine all the time!  They contacted a friend of mine from 12 years ago in order to get me to answer a call that was a "Private Number"!  My friend called me and told me right away and she said. "Marie said she filed a civil complaint against me in my county"  I said dang what are they calling you out of state for about a civil complaint case about me?  My friend said she didn't know why!  I already had my identity stolen twice around that time they claim I owe monies per the IRS!  They knew my SSN,  Address and my full name.  The whole process of these calls in the past two days were very scary and  unnecessary.

Someone named Benjamin Fernandez contacted both myself and a friend of mine, claiming to be from a "Process Service" and that a Complaint was "going to be filed" against me.  As a former litigation paralegal, I can assure you that #1 - No Process Server can serve a Complaint BEFORE it is filed; #2 Legitimate process servers do not call you ahead to "warn" you that you are going to be served.  This abuse has been going on for months.

This number along with several other of the same 877-563- numbers have called me 49 times in 2 days.
